When I brought this to the attention of the employees, they could not have been less interested in correcting the issue. They chose to continue to overcharge their customers, letting me know that the "manager will be back tomorrow." An e-mail to Bolla corporate was also unanswered. There are many alternatives to Bolla and Shell and I will not be going back.
