Hi Yelp friends! This will be one of my quickest and shortest reviews…read more I needed gasoline for first day at a new job. I love being early for appointments, as even a minute late is unacceptable. I was right on schedule and figured I get some gasoline. New in the area, I saw a BP gas station right in front of the Green Acres Mall on Sunrise Highway. It was really cramped trying to squeeze into the narrow gas Lanes here. No worries. Except.. one thing. Most of the pumps here were out of gas. I placed the pump nozzle in the gas tank and nothing happened, WOW ,NO GASOLINE. I went to the pump next to it, but it also had no gas. Trying the third pump, it did have gas, but only premium at an outrageously high price. Wow it took a while just to get gas here. I guess I didn't have enough of this BP station in yet, I walked inside to the convenience store for a bottle of water. The employee there looked absolutely disgusted. Out of gas he either lied or didn't know any better and said there was a difficulty with the pumps. I asked why he didn't put a sign out on the pumps indicating that they were empty ..he just Shrugged his shoulders and didn't answer me. Purchasing the water, I noticed that their credit card machine was all broken and loose hanging off the Cradle. I was almost hesitant to use the unit perhaps, it would mess up my card. The employee volunteered that the machine was being replaced the next day, it looked like it had been broken a while and I really wasn't feeling the truth here. I made a mental note to not stop back here again and pass the word about the gas station with no gas and the busted credit card terminal. Exiting the gas station was very difficult, as their were a lot of cars and confusion with there being almost no gas at the pumps and no signs telling the customers of this issue. Moving forward I will make sure that I am fully gassed-up before heading into this area of town, the prices are sky-high, the courtesy is non-existent. The employees don't seem to care and I wouldn't either if the boss would fix important equipment or keep the gas tanks full. Not recommended.

Before midnight they pump gas for you so you never have to come out of your car. That's beneficial especially when it's freezing outside. The prices are great. Within the past two months they have dropped tremendously. The staff is ok except for the guy with the accent I think he's from Russia. He can be a bit rude at times and not willing to help at times either. Also be prepared to see a lot of bmw's in the parking lot. This gas station shares a space with a mechanical spot which is also beneficial. One time I ran out of power steering and one of the mechanics topped off my car with some power steering fluid for free. I was grateful. Also gas prices are the same with cash and card great deal!

Apparently they no longer make that sandwich. They made me a cheaper sandwich without agreeing that I deserved a partial refund. The fact that the sandwich is still offered online is the fault of incompetent executive management. What I find so appalling however, is that they thought it was perfectly acceptable to allow me to walk out with my fully paid order without telling me that the $15 sandwich was missing! DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP WITH YOUR VEHICLE…read more I am Chris, the owner of a white 2012 Nissan Rogue that was serviced here in 2022. I paid for a tune-up and specifically asked the staff to check all fluids and make sure everything was in good condition. I was assured that everything, including the transmission, had been checked and was fine. Less than a week later, my transmission began slipping and struggling to go into gear. I had an independent mechanic inspect the vehicle, and he discovered that the transmission fluid was extremely low or effectively empty. We attempted to refill it and see if the transmission could be saved, but the damage had already been done. I was ultimately facing a repair estimate of roughly $5,000 and ended up junking the vehicle and purchasing another car. To this day, I cannot understand how I was told the transmission was checked and in good condition when I experienced such a catastrophic failure immediately afterward. Unfortunately, this was not the only issue I experienced. On another visit, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was then asked to wait because the oil service had not actually been completed. I watched the technician finish adding oil after I had already arrived to collect what I had been told was a completed vehicle. I also had to return because a plastic component was left in my back seat after service and had not been reinstalled. One mistake can happen anywhere. Multiple incidents involving quality control, communication, and attention to detail are much harder to overlook. The financial impact of these experiences was significant, and I have never felt that anyone took responsibility or provided a satisfactory explanation. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this shop and would strongly encourage customers to seek a second opinion on any major service recommendations or inspections. This review reflects my honest experience as a paying customer. Junior, Ryan, and Shanice, I am deeply disappointed in all of you. The consequences of what happened cost me thousands of dollars and left me paying for a replacement vehicle.
