Clean shaven and wearing a clean almost old fashioned station attendant uniform. No hat. He was helpful and courteous. They checked my tires and offered free air. It was a splendid full up experience. Outstanding. Though the gas is a little more pricey than a usual station these amenities were worth the few cents..

Central Oil is run by some of the most professional, courteous individuals around. They understand…read morethe importance of customer service because I have never been let down! Affordable, professional and very courteous!! They offer prompt delivery and have the most competitive pricing I have found! With oil heating being so expensive, this is company is definitely the best! After a horrible experience with another company (S&S Fuel; see my Yelp review) overcharging me and insulting me over the phone with the most unprofessional service I have ever received, I am very fortunate to have found a reliable, trustworthy oil company in this harsh winter! I called them this morning to thank them for saving my family before we ran out of oil in these freezing temps and they genuinely appreciated my call and business. They are closed on weekends so please make sure you schedule deliveries accordingly or sign up for automatic deliveries. I am very happy with my service!!

For weeks, I've noticed a recurring issue at this Mobil station: some pump screens display "Pay at…read morePump Not Available Use Card Inside (KSB)." Yet when I use the Mobil app's contactless payment (selecting "Pay at Pump," entering the pump number, and payment method), the pump works with no problem--no cashier required. I've raised this with two different cashiers in the past two weeks. Each one confirmed that many customers have complained, but Mobil has been slow to fix it, apparently focusing on building new stations instead of maintaining the ones they already have. Enough is enough. Mobil clearly doesn't care about its customers. They've lost my business--I'll be filling up elsewhere.

After some time of trying to reach out to the owners of this establishment as well as corporate…read moreoffices with very little interest in resolving my concerns I will go on here to express what I think of this establishment. My son used to frequent this place when he would get out of school to purchase a drink or hand warmers when it was cold. The last time he was there, the assistant manager by the name of James as well as another individual who works there, confronted my son and accused him of stealing. My son, surprised at being accused of stealing, produced the receipt of the items that he had purchased on his phone and expressed to James that he was not a thief but James would not hear it. He proceeded to call him a thief loudly in front of other customers and took out his phone to record my son. He then threw my son out of the store. My son called me very angry at the situation and I proceeded to go there directly after work to find out what happened. If my son had done anything I would have dealt with it very decisively. When I asked James if he had accused my son of stealing his response was yes. I asked him did he have proof of this. He said no. I asked if he had reviewed camera footage to confirm this accusation and he said no he did not. He said he didn't steal anything but that he just didn't trust the way he looked. I asked James if he had recorded my son on his personal phone and he said yes. I asked why he would record my 14 year old son on his personal phone when there are cameras in the store to which he had no response. I find this very disturbing. James told me that he had trouble is teenagers and that he just doesn't trust teenagers in his store. So, again, no reason or proof that my son did anything wrong but he went as far as calling my son a thief. Later that night I find out that this is not an isolated incident. My son told me that the staff in this establishment has done this to other teenagers. For example, one employee of this store grabbed a teenage boy out of the bathroom and physically threw him out of the store. But guess what? This child had not stolen anything. I personally spoke with him and he told me how the employee grabbed his arms behind his back and pushed him out of the store. This type of behavior is absolutely inexcusable, illegal and probably comes from the very top or else they would not be emboldened to act this way without fear of repercussions. The owner of this store, James and the other employees need to be held accountable for these actions. While I can maybe understand they may have issues with certain teenagers, they need training and understanding that this doesn't give them the right to treat all customers this way, especially teenagers. If there was an issue why didn't they call the police? Lastly, as an assistant manager, James is held at a higher standard and if he does not have the skills to handle these situations professionally he should not be promoted to this position. This is very concerning to me and should be to all parents. I have not, nor will I go back, to this store or give my money to a store that treats our children this way.

Well I pulled up to a full service pump with 2 attendants and the one that was helping me greeted me with a smile and genuinely asked how I was doing and what would I like today :) Now if that wasn't enough (of it was for me) as he was waiting for my tank to fill, he saw I had a plastic bag (garbage bag) that was quite filled up and ready to be taken out, hanging from the stick that puts the car in drive (forgot the name of that). He politely ask me to hand it to him to toss for me because it was no good to have all that weight there AND said would you like me to get you a new bag!? I politely declined cuz I told him I would take care of it and I had another bag but HE INSISTED! And started to to clean my front and back windows TOO! Bottom line if you pay for full service and want real full service when in this area I would highly suggest stopping by this station. I love giving business to those businesses that deserve it :)
