I was booked three weeks ago with whom I was told was a "color specialist". I arrived for my…read moreappointment and was not greeted warmly or even friendly. The stylist insulted me the entire time. She was texting another client to come in as she was supposed to be doing my hair. She dropped my scrunchie on the floor and as I asked for it to leave bc I was beyond disgusted by this girl her response as she laughed was "I didn't even touch it". It literally took everything I had in me to bite my tongue and hold my rage back. I will never steo foot in that overpriced shithole again. I believe her name was Carly and she needs a reality check and a course on customer service. Thanks to the owner tho for directing me to shear beauty down the street.

Everyone worked quickly, and Amanda does amazing hair and lashes. We weren't thrilled with the main makeup artist, but Jamie and Daryl did beautiful, natural-looking makeup. They offered to redo and correct anything we were unhappy with. They could have done a little something special for the bride like had coffee or something, but not sure if that's cultural (I'm Italian from Long Island). Also, the bathroom was pretty messy.

Since she first walked in for my appointment she was rude, sarcastic, pushy and domineering. Im sorry I had to share my experience I wanted to share this with the world so people can truly see how she treats others.

I'm also excited about the skin salon that they just opened around the corner. Have had 2 facials there with Stephanie and what a great job she did both times. The experience itself is very relaxing and my skin looks and feels wonderful! Highly recommend!

Jacky has been excellent with my girls' hair, including giving them some fun color highlights. The stylists have a great rapport with one another and they chat easily with clients.
