Turns out, they take online bookings and had time available during my stay. This was super conveniently located, and I love how simple it is to make an appointment. Molly was great! It's easy to mess up short hair, and I'm more than happy with this cut. Price was very reasonable and they carry Aveda products which I'm already a big fan of. If a customer requested a third coat for what I was paying I should have gotten 6 coats with no questions!!! At this point. I was furious !! I tried not to show it. When it was time for a pedicure I refused it. She tried to convince me. After my husband got a Mani and pedicure, He was not happy with it either. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable.
