I accidentally…read morebooked wedding hair for 9/6/2026 instead of 9/6/2025, a simple mistake that I realized the morning of my wedding. As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there's plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them shows their true character. Unfortunately, this salon made it very clear they value short-term policies over long-term customer relationships. I will not be recommending them to friends, and I'd encourage others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as a wedding.

I have now had my hair done by both and have been equally satisfied. The shop is clean, sleek, and relaxing with continued improvements seemingly every time I come in. For many months I had Lori cutting my hair. She was very knowledgeable about current trends and executed very well. Recently, I stopped in and after selecting a preference for either employee I ended up at Philip's station. I was honestly a bit nervous after having had positive experiences with Lori but Philip was fantastic! He took immense care in what he was doing and I ended up with a great cut and beard trim. I did notice another review claiming high prices and I highly refute that statement. My haircut and beard trim took around 45 minutes and cost me $18 before tip. Extremely reasonable and CHEAPER than chain locations that bust out cuts as fast as they can. I know this establishment has begun the process of getting its liquor license to add a true gentleman salon feel. They have also recently purchased a humidor in hopes of stocking fine cigars (to be consumed off-site). These additions will further my enthusiasm for this establishment.

You could be calling the crisis line in the middle of the night because they are good at lying to the faces of their clients. They put on friendly faces for the owner. They do things very well for the clients they know outside of the business. They will still tell you that they have to use whatever they want to use, despite the client saying no to being touched with certain equipment. They will leave you with different lengths and tell you that you need to let it grow out and they do not pay attention to wether or not it's style able. They will treat you as if you are less than when you question any of their work. Their attitude is demeaning, isolating, and they will not offer the MVP, nor suggest product. They will turn to enjoy the cross talk. They show no pity for tears They show no compassion for the clients individual life. Misery.

I had Hannah, who did well with me. She did everything that we paid for. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also there were ants in the bathroom all over the sink which is not what I wanted to see while I'm trying to get a spa experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

It was first in the mall but they have relocated and their studio is now called Joli Hair Studio. When we walked in we got greeted by a nice lady named Anita. She immediately said we have time for you right now. My first impression was that they knew what they were doing. Also the workspace was very neat. The first haircut I got there was a very short pixie cut and I totally loved it! I went through a phase where I wanted short hair. So I've had bobs and different hair cuts there. She is also very talkative and will come up with different things to talk about. My mom got her hair colored and her hair looked so trendy when Anita was done. When she is done cutting my hair she sometimes styles it in different braids and hair styles. I have just started to let my hair grow and be long so when I go in she fixes my layers and gives it a trim and it looks amazing. The cost is very inexpensive for two haircuts and my mom's coloring was about 60$. My mom and I definitely will be coming back!
