Since she first walked in for my appointment she was rude, sarcastic, pushy and domineering. Despite not knowing her well i pushed threw feeling worse and worse about my hair as the appointment went on. A very heavy set but sweet and polite black woman entered the salon & judy scowled at her suddenly making hateful comments about how much she's NOT looking forward to doing "that monkeys knots" this controlling disrespectful excuse for a human needs to be taught a lesson and shown how humiliation really makes people feel. They are knowledgeable about hair and the products they sell, and they can match up what will be great for you. But there is never pressure to purchase. Not a single smile-not even a smirk -the entire time I was there. Sure, we all have bad days, if that's the case. Don't bring it to work!! The cut-initially I thought it was average. However , after I left I began to notice the flaws. As time went on, I noticed how the cut was horrible. I will never go there again!! I even gave a killer tip- approx. 55%.

They offered to redo and correct anything we were unhappy with. They could have done a little something special for the bride like had coffee or something, but not sure if that's cultural (I'm Italian from Long Island). Also, the bathroom was pretty messy.
