I also found out it holds 1 Michelin Key, which is their rating system for hotels/lodging parallel to their famous restaurant ratings. We arrived on Monday (Indigenous Peoples Day) so most people were wrapping up their long weekend. While it was still fairly busy, we never felt it impacted our experience. I was even able to work on a job application! The hotel itself is gorgeous, with many spots to capture mesmerizing photos of nature & people. The rooms are more traditional & country house/cottage style which also fits the aesthetic many young women want on a trip to arguably one of the best New England towns. If a customer requested a third coat for what I was paying I should have gotten 6 coats with no questions!!! At this point. I was furious !! I tried not to show it. When it was time for a pedicure I refused it. She tried to convince me. After my husband got a Mani and pedicure, He was not happy with it either. Remember she says she does not recommend cutting cuticles, but I saw her trim feet cuticles. Well, I was raised to be nice and respectful and I was. I will never go there again.
