We visited a couple of weeks ago for pedicures. It was a really stressful experience. My wife's…read morenail specialist, Ashley, ended 20 minutes earlier than the time we paid for. Ashley did not ask my wife if she wanted any nail polish even though we paid for it in the package. Ashley left the room and told my wife to just enjoy the massage chair. Ashley totally disappeared. I had Hannah, who did well with me. She did everything that we paid for. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also there were ants in the bathroom all over the sink which is not what I wanted to see while I'm trying to get a spa experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there's plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them shows their true character. Unfortunately, this salon made it very clear they value short-term policies over long-term customer relationships. I will not be recommending them to friends, and I'd encourage others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as a wedding.
