We visited a couple of weeks ago for pedicures. It was a really stressful experience. My wife's…read morenail specialist, Ashley, ended 20 minutes earlier than the time we paid for. Ashley did not ask my wife if she wanted any nail polish even though we paid for it in the package. Ashley left the room and told my wife to just enjoy the massage chair. Ashley totally disappeared. I had Hannah, who did well with me. She did everything that we paid for. While my pedicure was getting finished, I was already feeling anxious because I noticed Ashley left twenty minutes early, she came back and asked in front of everyone how we were paying and how much of a tip we wanted to leave her. I was so uncomfortable. After I paid, while still getting my pedicure mind you, she just disappeared again. I wanted to talk to her about her hospitality after I was finished but I couldn't find her anywhere. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Also there were ants in the bathroom all over the sink which is not what I wanted to see while I'm trying to get a spa experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Blush was completely honest and up front that I was booking with someone less experienced. Front desk greeted me with eye contact and a smile. Nail technician did an amazing job correcting previous ugly and chunky builder manicure. I never shared that I was unhappy with previous manicure so was completely impressed that she checked in with me -multiple- times to make sure I was happy with shape, color and texture of her manicure. I really appreciate her attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction! extremely professional vibe! Chefs kiss! I definitely will return again and ask for same technician! Wish she had an available card so I could personally recommend her!

I would not recommend this salon based on my experience with customer service. I accidentally…read morebooked wedding hair for 9/6/2026 instead of 9/6/2025, a simple mistake that I realized the morning of my wedding. As soon as I noticed, we called immediately hoping for any possible solution. Instead of being met with kindness or even basic professionalism, we were met with rudeness and zero effort to help. This was for 4 services with a $360 deposit already paid. I completely understand that contracts exist, but good businesses know how to handle honest mistakes with grace, especially when the actual date is a year away, not a peak Saturday, and there's plenty of time to rebook (and they likely will). Even a partial credit toward in-salon services would have shown goodwill. Instead, they offered no recommendations, no flexibility, and no attempt to turn an unfortunate situation into something workable. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to them shows their true character. Unfortunately, this salon made it very clear they value short-term policies over long-term customer relationships. I will not be recommending them to friends, and I'd encourage others to think twice before trusting them with something as important as a wedding.

They scheduled appointments weeks ago to fit it in between other commitments. Only to wait to be taken 45 mins past their appointment time, and the owner was such a bully, so mean and rude as hell. She yelled at my daughter when she was trying to explain what she wanted. She was waving her arms and telling her she'd just cut them off if she didn't like them. My daughter was intimidated and scared of her! The girls laughed as a reaction basically of not knowing what to do and she started yelling at them again telling them to not laugh and it wasn't funny. No, you're right N Nails, what's not funny is your deplorable customer service and abusive behavior! The nails are not evenly placed or shaped nicely, they are extremely thick, raised 1/8" up off her own nails, and the tips may as well be a ski jump but MOST importantly they hurt! They should not hurt or feel like they are pulling her own nail off. She has gotten nails done elsewhere many times in the past and they have never hurt her or looked this horrible. The owner kept telling her this is how they had to be, and no, that's not true!! Clearly the owner does not listen or respect her customers, nor provide a quality or comfortable product. $65 for a shitty job and terrible experience. Yay! Way to go N Nails! We returned to talk to her about it and see if they would fix them or give a refund so we can get them fixed because they hurt her. Owner locked the doors before they were supposed to close and refused to have a civil conversation as any professional business owner would have. I've since read other reviews people have made and this is not an isolated experience, it seems the norm for this shit hole. I am appalled at what I've read from others. She said no refunds but I'm sorry, you can post a no refund sign all you want but you have a responsibility to provide a product that doesn't hurt people and you are liable when you do hurt them. Giving them one more chance to make it right tomorrow when we return. But don't make the same mistake the girls did today, save yourself from a horrible experience and do not patron this business!
