Julie Bean was my massage therapist for a 50minute massage. I have never felt better coming out of the massage. I slept like a charm and the next day of training I felt so relaxed. My performance was much easier to achieve thanks to her massage. When my muscles get tight from working too hard (and especially in sweep rowing, working too hard on one side), they get tight and tense, making it a lot more challenging to row correctly and efficiently. I could row and move so much more fluidly after the massage. Thanks to my training I've seen a good number of massage therapists across the country (including at the Olympic Training Center), and I was SHOCKED how AMAZING I felt after Julie's work.
