They gave me a resident. Ok I understand this person is learning but this person seemed to be more concerned with getting me out of there and heading on his vacation to Europe. Kid word of advice, "If you can't keep your mind on your job when you are 27 years old because you need a vacation perhaps this is not the right job for you." Very quick patient assessment, he missed parts of my body on his scan on my skin, was too concerned about documenting his findings, fought with me about the prescription the last experienced dermatologist gave me the last time, filled it, gave me the wrong prescription, gave me no instructions, forgot to have me pay for the skin tag removals and walked out of the room 2. I went to the front desk because I knew I had to pay for the cosmetic stuff, but they said, 'No you are OK" 3. 3. The billing department called me obsessively the following Monday (I had the work done on Friday) twice a day everyday till I called them back. They called me on my cell during work while I was at a client. Sorry kids not dealing with you. Word of advice to billing, "When you F up and don't collect send the patient a bill first. If they don't pay send them to collections then have collections bug the crap out of them. However, don't try to cover you own behind by unprofessionally calling literally one hour after the fact (I left at 4 PM on Friday, they started harassing me at 9 am on Monday)" Word of advice: Have the attending come in after the fact and check everything. Dartmouth you did a crappy job I would recommend avoiding the residents.

My bill reflects three distinct "Destruction of Lesion" charges, despite the fact that twelve freeze applications were performed as part of a single treatment session. Treating lesions a few inches apart should not result in multiple separate invoice lines. I was charged $1,241.00 for this office visit, which seems excessive. Finally, a biopsy was performed on the same lesion type that was treated multiple times during the same visit. This procedure appears unnecessary under these circumstances and gives the impression that it was conducted primarily to generate additional charges.

He sent it to another dermatologist that I read the reviews on him and everything he has no experience in what I'm dealing with which is a parasite. I don't understand why he told me. He was sending me to infectious disease and he didn't because that's what I've been trying to get to see and they're just giving me the runaround. I saw a nurse practitioner a couple years ago. She did not examine me. She didn't do anything she put down. I was delusional how all these people all these doctors are reading my record and thinking that I'm delusional and they don't listen to what I had to say but Dr. Price did so I thought maybe I was getting somewhere, but obviously not which is very disappointing because this is ruined my life.

Joanie. Is. Amazing. I always enjoy how my skin looks for the month-or-so after a facial. But then it just goes back to being a blackhead-filled mess. My first time at Complexions I left the spa with glowing skin, a new cleanser, and a conviction that no matter how good it looked now, I wouldn't be able to keep it up on my own. How WRONG I was! The simple, straightforward routine that Joanie gave me - along with my dreamy new cleanser - has lead people to tell me I look years younger. It's been almost three months since my last appointment and though I can't wait for my next one, I am still just amazed at the improvement in clarity and glow-y-ness. I'll be booking Joanie the second I know my next Waitsfield dates!
