There is a portion where there are not a lot of stores but once you get closer to section 4 there are a lot of nice stores. I don't think I have a need to come back here but I did just want to say this mall has potential compared to some that are completely empty but it's so sad they let the outside get so run down. Some highlights were Cinnabon, Burlington, Aeropostale, famous footwear, finish line and Windsor but there's a lot of other stores listed. A lot of them are outlet stores as well. This mall is also connected to a Walmart and a Marshall's home goods which are accessible with their own entrances.

It's only a half hour from King of Prussia, which does not help. There is a large amount of parking, but on a busy day you might have to walk a little bit further. The mall is three stories and anchored by Macy's and Bloomingdale's, along with various other stores in two re-developed anchors. The interior is very nice and clean. The available stores, for being in what is considered an upper tier mall, are just ok with a lot of stores you can find in most other malls. There's also more vacancies, local stores, and temporary stores then you would expect, to the point they would add up to about a whole floor. Tilted 10 as an arcade is just ok, but not as impressive as a Round1, with both being expensive. Primark's not bad as a clothing option. Willow Grove does have an outstanding food court that was very busy during my visit. You basically couldn't get near Chick-fil-A with the line they had. They also have The Cheesecake Factory in one of the re-developed anchors. If this mall were in another place, like Harrisburg, it would be an outstanding regional mall that would attract shoppers from hours away. Can I tell you that Willow Grove with worth going out of your way for a visit? Not really, not right now at least.

But if you're looking a mall to be amazed at the huge array of stores then this may not be the mall for you. I'm going to go high on the rating as I would visit it again. And has frequent robberies, shootings, burglaries, shoplifting, vandalism, looting, assaults, and other mayhem. And Jerry Lewis's illegitimate daughter is one of the plethora of homeless people who visit and live nearby (as per the 2017 Inside Edition segment). But Popeye's, USPS, Macy's, Wendy's, and Wells Fargo are still here (for now), hence the three stars.

Growing up my favorite store here was K*B Toys... Good times. But that was 20 years ago. Furthermore, it's a strip mall, meaning it's not an indoor mall. Cold weather shopping here? Eh no. And in the summer there are way too many females wearing things that don't fit them or their daughters for that matter. That sounds like fun, right? It isn't.
