We have not had good experiences with Toyota Greenville so avoid them completely. I contacted Premier Mobile Auto Repair (864) 966-9070 and they had a cancellation so came out and inspected the brakes, declared them "perfect with plenty of pad left." We had them take the car a test drive and they could not replicate the noise. After an hour of going through the car, they told us there was nothing wrong with it, and that we may have picked up a bit of grit on a brake pad, but that we needed nothing done. They charged us for a house call and that was it. Premier Mobile Auto Repair will be taking care of our vehicles in the future. They had the perfect opportunity to tell us something was wrong and did not. Honest and trust worthy. We can highly recommend them!

They claim to be Lexus experts (my car is a Lexus). Different employees told me different recommendations which was concerning. I dropped the car off and the next day got a voicemail that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. Great, when I finished transferring my belongings back into my car I am told it just went up on the lift to get worked on. No work had been done whatsoever. Lots of miscommunications on their end. Finally, when I schedule an appointment to get the car fixed the following week they tell me they can't get me in/don't have a loner car until the following week because some people blew their engines and their cars were being worked on. I said "forgot it, nevermind" and went to a competitor I used in Greenville before. They fixed my car in less than 24 hours and had the loner car ready. Ridiculous..

If you need to drop tank to find it (leak) $240.". 4 weeks for appointment, 5 weeks in the garage. Then I'm told my truck was ready for the junk yard & unsafe for the road because the frame was rusted. NOT THE TRUTH! I was told he'd need to remove the bed of the truck in order to fix the fuel issue. New estimate $722, possible more. They cut two c-clamps to remove the cover or bed liner. He attempted to remove the bed of the truck to change out a fuel tank. Mickey didn't support the frame in anyway, or place it on a lift. A rusted driver side lead spring bracket was rust & broke when taking out the bolt. Then the spring lifted the truck bed. Well duh., with no support that will happen. I was told he wouldn't work on it because it was ready for the junk yard & he'd only take $100 for his trouble. So I pay $100 to tow, $100 to him & now had to tow it elsewhere to actually have the repair. Not just the fuel tank, but I've got the Spring bracket & shackles to replace. $1,312.03. Plus the previous amount incurred by Mickey. The other garages did not remove the truck bed to replace a the fuel tank. Truck runs perfectly fine & is very road worthy. Sorry, I will not just throw a vehicle (truck) away because of you're incompetent.

Axxis is FANTASTIC. Not only on the job done but also in the way we were handled and what a great group of people Axxis is.
