The company advertised that they do in-home repairs which was terrific since the printer is quite heavy and would have been a hassle for me to bring to a repair shop. I called at 1:00 pm on a Monday afternoon and by 3:00 pm, Norman, the service repairman arrived. He promptly removed the jammed paper and did a tune up on my printer as well.
