Everyone please BEWARE of this company Elite Global Management & Associates LLC, me and my wife had…read morea terrible experience with this company. I'm currently disputing for a refund from them due to their failure of providing the services they promised, probably even intentionally, after I made my full payment, and just the veeeery unprofessional responses and reactions by the owner Ms. Neenah Underwood. I was dealing with ms. Neenah from the beginning and she promised me to help me run advertisements in the North American market for my online music teaching business, she would emphasize that she had 20 or so years of experience in advertising and that she was an expert on a couple of fields in marketing, she also mentioned she was a certified google gsuite expert etc etc i didn't really care about those and i just wanted an expert to help me run ads to reach a certain market. She never did! Along our weekly sessions, it would mostly be time consuming activities like registering in wix or google pages or yelp or yellowpage, which was never really realized because it turned out that she led us to platforms that really did not cater to businesses off shore (I'm in the Philippines). To give more details, in our weekly sessions she would call yellow page for example, she would reach a representative and then proceed to ask if my business could be listed there, the representative says it is not possible and that it has always been just businesses in the US that they list, so we never got the listing and we wasted our time with what could have been avoided with SIMPLE research before we called. First of all, i am greatly underwhelmed that she would spend all that time of our meeting for something that was not really sure to work, and it happened multiple times as well! Multiple meetings were just like that, in another instance she reached out to google thru phone again while we watch, unfortunately we got disconnected for a bit and it turned out that she immediately dropped the call with google after she saw that we got disconnected from the online call, i confirmed this information from the exact guy she was talking to on the phone and the guy from google even commented that it was quite odd that she would hang up so abruptly, so unprofessionally. So after a month or so of pointless meetings like those, we raised our concern to her politely and told her we really should RUN ADS already because it's been too long and we're not getting anywhere, what i paid for is for us to run campaigns and generate leads, and she's making me do stuff that don't really matter to running ads. She would even blame me that i should have established a physical office in the States and all those stuff, which were never part of what she promised, what we agreed on is running online ads to get leads, it's not complicated at all, I've done it so many times in the Philippines and I'm still doing it now, i just needed help to tap the North American market with the same ads method. She even tried hard to discredit the google ads expert we talked to before, because the guy specifically said we can always run ads in google without a physical office or even a US number, she tried to say that the guy was lying, how unprofessional is that? I mean, having a physical office would be beneficial i understand, but in my situation it was just an accessory at the time, not a necessity. I felt that it was just one of her excuses to make us do work and keep us busy when in fact even she herself doesn't seem to know exactly where this would get us to. I felt that her methods that she wanted us to do were very amateur and can be simply acquired through a simple google search. I felt that she was offering us services that she just got information from somewhere probably in google or someone coaching her, when she isn't really an expert at it. My wife could have done that without her help, i mean come on, we paid for an expert to help us not somebody who shallowly searches in google and experimenting with us to see if it works or not. She also promised to work on our website's back office mid week before our meetings, she never did it, we found out that she never even logged in to the back office, tried to lie to us about it as well. She also promised grants and crowd funding events, she never even started planning about it and we never saw any initial steps even. Also, there was a time that she had to use a free gmail address instead of her usual paid email address, we suspect she was using a free trial all along and it expired so she asked us to send emails to her free email address instead. There was a time also that she told us she started having a day job again because business is slow, so she had to change schedule for our meeting time multiple occasions as well! Which greatly decreased our confidence towards her commitment to the business we are doing of course.
