Instead of paying $120+ for shipping this large package, or just giving up and keeping the $200 item, she helped save us money and effort. I'd never heard of refusing a package after it's been delivered and even kept for a few weeks, but since we hadn't opened it she helped us send back the package for free. That little bit of advice saved us a lot of money, not to mention the hassle of lugging back a 50lb package and trying to sell it online. Thank you, Toni! Price point is a little high per page ($1.42) for color printout on 60lb weight paper, but was a nice convenience to get what I needed taken care of in 5 mins.
