Everyone who helped us was kind and helpful. Our waiter brought us this cute loaf of bread with butter. The bread was soft and filling. We both ate from the buffet. The shrimp, fried chicken, and brisket were all good as were the sides like mac and cheese, beans, hush puppies, and corn. They also had a salad bar and drinks. The manager--I recognize her, but don't know her name--brusquely said, "we're still waiting on pancakes." She said this as I saw two Big Breakfasts sitting in queue and watched the line personnel open and close a warming bin full of pancakes. I suppose those two Big Breakfasts meals could've been going out to someone who'd been there longer than me, say someone who'd waited 45 minutes. I said, "I've been waiting 32 minutes already." That's when she snapped: "Fast food isn't always fast." She then yelled at her staff, "Don't take anymore orders for Big Breakfasts, everybody wants them then complains about having to wait. NO MORE!!" Sounded good to me, if you're such a poor manager that your staff can't fill a Big Breakfast order in less than half an hour, maybe you shouldn't be serving that item.
