One of the worse McDonald's I've been to in terms of hardware. Although service was fast, as expected, one kiosk touchscreen was not working, two kiosks were not functional, and the last working kiosk didn't print receipts. Regardless of all that, I got my order in reasonable time (2 minutes for coffee, about 6 minutes for a steak biscuit) and it came as expected. read more

"Fast Food isn't always fast." This is what I was abruptly told by the Manager after I had waited 32 minutes for a McDonald's Big Breakfast on the morning of August 30, 2026. I was in the drive thru and knew I was in trouble the minute they asked me to pull forward and wait for someone to bring my food out to my truck. I've seen this scenario play out before and it's always resulted in them forgetting to bring my food out. So, after enough time to have gone into a sit down restaurant and been partially through my meal, I went inside. No one paid me any attention until I said, "I'm still waiting on my Big Breakfast. The manager--I recognize her, but don't know her name--brusquely said, "we're still waiting on pancakes." She said this as I saw two Big Breakfasts sitting in queue and watched the line personnel open and close a warming bin full of pancakes. I suppose those two Big Breakfasts meals could've been going out to someone who'd been there longer than me, say someone who'd waited 45 minutes. I said, "I've been waiting 32 minutes already." That's when she snapped: "Fast food isn't always fast." She then yelled at her staff, "Don't take anymore orders for Big Breakfasts, everybody wants them then complains about having to wait. NO MORE!!" Sounded good to me, if you're such a poor manager that your staff can't fill a Big Breakfast order in less than half an hour, maybe you shouldn't be serving that item. But I suspect corporate has a different opinion of how that's supposed to work. By the way, after all that, the food was merely warm at best. read more

One manager on 4/11 was frustrated and had an attitude. I believe it may have been because they were attempting to fix an order problem. She told us to order on the kiosk and that she couldn't take orders right now. I understood they were busy but, her attitude in her voice made this experience bad she could of been more professional. How can she let a small issue make her upset. Even after ordering I saw another lady spoke to her about her attitude. The manager said "I have no attitude" with an attitude ironic. So, it was not just I who saw her behavior. read more

We went to this Mc Donald's for a meal back to our church from Camp they were being very disrespectful One lady slapped the table then said that that would no longer serve us never coming back SO disrespectful also no salt on fries read more

One of the cleanest, nicest McDonalds I've ever been to. The staff were beyond attentive, well dressed, encouraging one another, and checking in on tables. It felt like superior level staff training and expectations. So impressed. read more

Great service and food was good. Fries were fresh and delicious. Diana and the team were wonderful.

Stopped here for a pit stop on the way to Houston. First impression was that it was pretty messy... a little concerning. I always wonder about the kitchen cleanliness when visible areas are untidy. Nonetheless, I like the modern look. Super cool verticals subway tile in the restroom. I know some reviewers mentioned rude staff. While we didn't experience rudeness to us, while waiting for our order, I did think the lady at the register wasn't the most friendly to the next customer. Not really rude, but not overly nice either. Cost-wise, if anyone reading this doesn't have the McDonald's app on your phone... get it! Coupons at your finger tips. Right now there is a running deal (no app needed) of Buy One (Big Mac, 10-piece, etc) get one for $1. We fed a family of 5 for $13.40. Our order came up quick and was accurate. read more

My sister and I are on a 4 hour drive back to Houston. We were happy to be passing through this town because they're one of the few McDonald's Advertising they're "Open 24 Hours" and we were in desperate need of coffee. We pulled up, ready to order but no one said anything, all the screens were on. We kept saying "hello" waiting for a response. Assumed they were in the bathroom so waiting a little longer. We finally stopped waiting and pulled around to the first window to a worker with her headset ON (so she probably heard us) and on her phone and then she mouthed "we're closed". Even though the website advertises "Open 24 Hours" and she was there, headset on and all?? Convinced she just didn't feel like working and said that just the get out easy. read more

Stopped by McDonald's Drive thru after 7pm after a bad food experience at another restaurant and was happy to get a good meal!! Servers were pleasant and food came exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. Thanks for saving my evening meal. read more

Says they were open online, 3 cars parked in employee parking. Drove up to menu which was turned on... no response. Drove around to window and they were messing around, and mouthed "were closed" I'm pretty sure they just don't want to work. read more

I stopped here on a road trip. Service is what you'd expect and fairly fast, given it is a fast food establishment. If you're reading this for how the food is -- it's just like every other McDonald's. It's exactly what you'd expect. read more

I went through the drive thru to pick up something quick for lunch. I got a chicken nugget happy meal. I ate the first nugget it was ok. When I took a bite of the second one it was gritty. When I looked at it and the remaining nuggets, there was dirt and hair on them. After getting sick to my stomach, I threw them out. Not like I could eat them. I notified the branch and the owner called me and wanted to try and act like I was lying since I didn't take any pictures of the food. I didn't ask for a free meal or anything. I was just letting them know this happened. She was upset that I would even say anything like that. Her attitude was accusatory towards me as if I'm the one who did something wrong. "You should have taken pictures. How am I supposed to know what you're saying is true. I have a manager there today" Needless to say, this isn't the first time I've had issues with food here. read more

Horrible food, horrible service. Apparently a comprehension problem going on in this place. Called the manager and she wants to try and tell me what I got in MY order! Was a wreck!!! Goodness what does it take to get a burger and fries and give it to the correct person. They gave me the food of the people in front of me and I have it back and she then took it to the other customer!! Someone needs to clean this place up!!! read more

I NEVER eat McDonald's food anymore because every McDonald's I've been to has had food that tastes like cardboard. I used to live in ft. Worth btw But I can no longer say that statement is true because this McDonald's has the best burgers and nuggets I've ever had! I didn't even want to eat here but I was forced to because we were coming from Fort Worth (2 hr drive) and I was so hungry. And WOW!! It's like they make their food with TLC! The nuggets are always fresh and hot! The same is true for their burgers! Hands down best McDonald's ever! read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Spent over 25 minutes in the drive thru and did not order anything special. There is something wrong with this place. I asked Jenifer to verify that I had been waiting over 20minutes, which I could prove by my receipt, she said no, its only been 9 minutes which was a big lie on their part. Something is wrong here, and it must start with the owners Kevin and Juanineane Lilly. They is something wrong here, and they allow it to be wrong. Very sad, I will never go back to this fast food company, because it is not fast food at all. read more

This was the slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. 25 minutes for a sausage egg McMuffin and 10 minutes prior just to order!! Short staffed which is a management problem. I would prefer to score them zero. Took 15+ minutes to get a coffee and a latte. We attempted to order at the counter, but was told to order from the Kiosk. So we moved over there and completed our order. Then the wait started. The focus was clearly on the drive through. We kept hearing a manager ask "have you made the Latte". The answer kept coming back "no". Finally the manager went and stood by the worker that finally started the latte. The manager brought it to the counter only to realize the cup of coffee had not been fixed. He proceeded to do this himself. It was reiterated by us it was to have two Splenda added. So, as it turned out the manager added cream and no Splenda. And oh by the way, no one else coming in to order at the counter was told to use the Kiosk. It appears the person that told us to go there was ending their shift and was more focused on getting out of the place than on customers. JUST SAY NO TO THE FAIRFIELD McDONALDS. read more

Very unprofessional. Customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. "Horrible" is an understatement. (Unfortunately) I've been to this McDonald's 100s of times and they've maybe got my order right a couple of times read more

I hate your Hamburgers because y'all wipe y'all's asses with them. First of all you need to use Turkey meat for your Hamburgers because it's too oily. Y'all need to take a food safety class. Your Hamburgers are nasty because you got poop smell on them. Use toilet paper next time when y'all go use the bathroom not beef patties. read more

Not a family stop... No play place... Violent news on TV- I think CNN...and they won't change, although it sounds like many customers have asked before me... Service very slow... No toilet paper in stall. Modern look... Looks new.... Cashier was nice... Just slow. Listening to the other customers, sounds like they are messing up some of their orders... read more

Yes, I would agree the drive thru is slow. We waited a slightly longer time for routine items- happy meals, nuggets, and filet-o-fish. I did ask for a straw for my iced coffee twice but they forgot both times. However, good thing I had extra straws in the car. The positive is that this McDonalds gives regular fries for their happy meals (versus a small sized portion of fries). Their chicken nuggets were solid. Filet of fish was a little bland, with the tartar sauce oozing out on one side. The fries were saltier than usual. What they did right was the order- at least they were spot on giving 1 boys and 1 girls happy meal. read more

Don't stop here if you don't have to! The attitudes of the workers suck. There are maybe 2 people there that are worth communicating with and even then they screw up your order and I can assure you they don't give a damn. THEY SUCK! Bad. Food sucks and the workers are worse. read more

I was here with a bus load of people for a restroom break. Their restrooms are nice and well-maintained, with multiple stalls. SLOW - mgmt needs help. Only one order taker at lunch rush, very slow delivery - didn't even have lids stocked. It is new and clean though - no playground if you have kids to worry about. I've had my kid drag me to a lot of McDonald's over the years and while it's cleaner than many the service doesn't measure up. Oh kudos on the restroom - one of the few McDonald's I've seen with sort towels instead of just air dyers. read more

Don't waste your time. I often stop at McDonalds to order one of their latte or cappuccino drinks. I have tried this location several times. The first time the machine locked up and needed to be rebooted. I had to pull out of line and wait awhile. They eventually brought me my drink. Today, the machine was in its cleaning cycle and if I wanted the drink it would be an 18 minute wait. I chose tea instead. Don't expect to see me at the Fairfield McDonald's in the future. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever! Some of the least attentive, least friendly & non service oriented people I've seen working in fast food in a long time! Stopped through while traveling just for coffee. I think I was in there for 15-20 minutes. NEVER again! read more

Where to start? I should have waited til I got to Huntsville for food. There were no diaper changing tables in the bathrooms yet they can afford new Dyson hand dryers and the new ordering technology. Speaking of the new ordering service model, this has completely taken away the science of basic in-person customer service. My salad dressing was initially forgotten and my daughter was given 2 sides in her happy meal, neither of which was correct. When I brought it to the attention of the crew member (talking to her friends about what she was doing after work even with a lobby of waiting customers) she finally handed me my correct items without saying a word! No apology. Also there was melting ice on the floor in the beverage area that one of the crew members repeatedly walked through on her way to deliver mobile orders outside. This store could take a lesson from Chick Fil a in service and pride in their work. read more

People where nice enough but they sucked at cleaning. EVERY table was dirty and had to ask them to clean one so we could eat. He cleans only our table no other table. Place was empty not busy. Ketchup dispenser did not work. Trash was over flowing I had to leave our trash on our tray in the tray return area because it would not fit in trash. And bathrooms had not been cleaned looked like all day it was 8pm when we where there They had more then enough staff to have cleaned the dining area but they did not only 2 other ppl came in while we ate not once did anyone behind the counter decide to clean but they did go take a smoke break. read more
