I suppose those two Big Breakfasts meals could've been going out to someone who'd been there longer than me, say someone who'd waited 45 minutes. I said, "I've been waiting 32 minutes already." That's when she snapped: "Fast food isn't always fast." She then yelled at her staff, "Don't take anymore orders for Big Breakfasts, everybody wants them then complains about having to wait.
