They came out and emptied my tank, then replaced a collapsed pipe for me, which was very helpful…read more They had to take a portion of my fence off to do this, and I understood that. But when they put it back together it was horriblely done, it wasn't put together properly at all. The fence section is crooked and not nailed in securely at all. I called back get information on my tank size, and date of pumping and they said they never pumped it, which is obviously not true. I have pictures from when it was dug up. It shows the lid being pried up. So they are missing information in their documents on the work that was done at my property. They also buried a busted up dog pool I had in my yard down in the hole that was dug for the septic to be pumped. I'm not very happy with the over all service. Yes my tank was pumped, and yes they fixed the pipe, which was needed and appreciated. But other than that I'm extremely displeased.
