You get a True Cord (upon request) and they are honest and upfront that their "baskets" are measured for the smaller "Short Cord". I wanted to pay for and receive a full cord - and I did. If you don't know, a "cord" has a specific definition - that some outfits will argue with you about - or try to stack the wood really loosely. I've attached a pic of what they delivered. Its an honest "cord" upon request. It's high quality Oak, not the sometimes waterlogged and mud-soaked splintered shattered odds and ends you get from other places. I thought maybe they were sold out of wood as the big cold snap was bearing down on Houston. They texted me back saying they had all the seasoned wood one would want. I drove down there to find out they didn't have any despite the text from 45 minutes prior. Also, all their wood is stored without any tarp or covering so it's water logged. They also have their dogs sleeping in drainage ditches shivering their ass off. This place sucks.
