After a few days I found it strange that they removed $36 twice from my bank account. When I saw that I asked for a new Debit/Credit Card and thought it was resolved. 2 weeks later they took twice the same amount of $36 making me think that they are able to grab your bank details. DO NOT give money to this "charity." When I try to call to cancel a payment and see what's going on they NEVER answer the phone. And on their site there is no "Cancel" button, only says for me to call costumer service. My Bank is currently crediting my account for all the $36 removed by Save the Children. And they are being investigated for fraud.

I received a call around 9:30 while showering that I called the missed call on my cellphone. 1 10 minutes later I called twice and I got no answer, then I called the toll free number and was informed them that their driver has NOT in fact called. I waited from 7am til 7pm for no one to arrive. I called the toll free number Monday April 24, 2017 only to be told they called me on Saturday morning April 22, 2017 at 7:06 am which I have no log of on my cell phone. This experience was a waste of day considering it was on Saturday. My landlord does not permit tenants to leave clothing outside the building. I was then told they will send someone Tuesday April 25,2017 at around 7:00 am and I stated that I leave for school at 7;25 am, only to receive a call from their driver at 8:55 am. I stated to the driver I was on the bus headed to school and that was son and boyfriend were upstairs asleep, I asked that he ring the intercom and ring the doorbell he told me he's not allowed to go in the building. This has been a very unpleasant experience and I will NEVER donate to this organization again. I'm notifying the Better Business Bureau to express my disgust and disappointment I experienced with your this horrendous organization. I spoke with Ariana Kingwood the Supervisor who reluctantly gave me Benny garrett Number only to get a filled voicemail box.

The stock changes on a weekly basis, first come first served. If you are lucky you can find yourself some really good pieces.

There is a large space filled with donation items: furniture, building materials, appliances,…read moredoors, etc. Some of these items were in pretty rough shape and might be fitting for a person who could repair and/or refinish them. I found the prices on many items to be a bit high. Some items had discounts for buying then and there and taking away yourself. Plenty of parking in large lot. I am not sure if they deliver for a fee or if that needs to be coordinated with a private entity. All proceeds do go back to Habitat for Humanity and their programs. I am sure the inventory is constantly changing so it's a place you may want to visit more often to find just what you are looking for. Or you may just want to donate some items for a good cause.
