I thought it would be nice to have an option that would be similar to Chipotle or Qdoba in a small town. Called in to place a to go order. We were not too impressed with the service being slow and many workers not comprehending our orders. Not that it was difficult but they seemed to not understand. Tonight we thought what about a to go order. Burrito Bowl because my wife has celiacs we wanted a bowl. When I arrived at the slow service drive through, finally arrived at the drive through window after waiting 15 minutes in line they made a burrito not a bowl. Food is good and a tad pricey, but not expensive enough to keep us from coming back. We generally get carry out from there at least 3-4 times per month. What will keep me from going back again is their drive thru. We hardly ever eat in, and we always call our order in prior to going to the restaurant. On several occasions we have pulled into the drive thru only to be behind a car that asks for a menu, takes 5 minutes to order and then sits there for 10-15 minutes waiting on their order to be prepared, all while my food sits inside, waiting to be picked up because I was considerate enough to call ahead. People who wait to order when they pull into the drive should be made to pull to the side so those that have called ahead can pick up their orders that ready and waiting. This is a very poorly managed part of their business, and if they can't find a way to fix it I won't be able to continue to spend my money there. Food is great. Prices are a little high. Drive thru service is untenable. If you order at the window you should have to pull to the side while others pick up their called in ahead of time orders. read more

It's difficult to find good food in Blanchard, America, so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed the lunch my Husband and I got here today. He's a regular there, but I'm a first timer. He had a burrito. I'd like to tell you what all was on it, but after about 5 minutes of the kid taking our order and my Husband running down the list of ingredients available and those my Husband would like to add to his burrito, I spaced out. He really enjoyed it though and, needless to say, they have tons of ingredients that you can add to your burrito. I had the tacos and they were simple, but good. I got them crispy, with beef and added mild salsa. They were actually surprisingly flavorful. We also ordered small sides of queso and guacamole. I thought the queso was a little bland, but my Husband pointed out that although it wasn't Chuy's, for Blanchard it really wasn't bad. The guacamole, however, we really enjoyed. It had a very slight hint of a kick to it. Great lunch, good price and really friendly service. We'll be back. read more

This is a great place to grab some food in Blanchard, OK. You should note that they are only open Wednesday through Saturday each week so keep that in mind if you are traveling to check it out. I'd never considered putting pulled pork on a burrito, but it has become my go-to choice when I eat here. I love the burritos, but their quesadillas and tacos are top notch as well. The ingredients are fresh and they have excellent chips and queso as well. I would also recommend trying the strawberry lemonade (they have some sort of fresh made strawberry sauce that they add to their fountain drink lemonade.) It's definitely worth your time to check this place out. read more

We've visited twice now and love it! We were desperately hoping to find really fresh Mexican food and this is it. Since we've recently moved here from So Cal, we were worried we may never find something, and would have to always make fresh CA style Mexican at home. We're thankful we live in Blanchard and it's not too far away! Regarding another reviewer commenting on the price--this food is worth every penny. If you are used to buying quality ingredients without fillers or other nasty stuff, fresh homemade everything--it costs a bit more, but your health (and waistline) will thank you for it. Love love love! The food here is set up similar to a Chipotle or Qdoba, go down the line and tell them what you want. The burritos are grilled on a panini press, and so they have that little something extra. The hottest salsa they have is super spicy, but worth the pain. It's flavor is delicious. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is very courteous, and friendly. Don't forget to try the strawberry lemonade, my kids love it. Drive thru is convenient for call ahead a too. I always see reviews nagging on the price but the way I look at it is I would rather spend 12$ for a meal from burrito grill where I know the ingredients, and I am waited on by the friendliest staff in Blanchard or spend 9$ on a Sonic meal. Stopped in here on my first visit to Blanchard. Very glad I did. The place is small, but very clean and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and the place had a steady lunch crowd. First time experience and I must say I was less than pleased. Good: The restaurant as a whole was clean, the staff was friendly and the concept was neat, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Bad: The food was inedible. I had the buritto with ground beef, brown rice, lettuce, cheese and pinto beans. I made it less than halfway through the buritto as the ground beef was so salty, the rice was undercooked (hard) and the beans were "crunchy". I have lived in Blanchard for 5 years and this was my first visit and I only came this time as I had won a gift certificate during the Christmas parade downtown. Their beans are vegetarian and they have a vegetarian rice option. I enjoyed a bean burrito with cilantro, rice, Pico de gallo, and veggies while hubs had a chicken burrito. i have been going to this establishment ever since i was born. it has never failed me. the meat, cooked to absolute perfection. juice running out of the pork. flavors that can only be found in spices from other countries. people who genuinely care about you and your famished abdomen. queso you've never tasted before with chips like none of these other imposters called tortilla chips. they're thin, crispy, salted to perfection, hot and oily fresh from the fryer. they even have milkshakes. they're nothing otherworldly, but they're made from the best vanilla ice cream i've ever tasted and i HATE vanilla i've cream. so what are you waiting on? if you want to be another number floating in the masses and go to chipotle, then fine go ahead. you'll regret every decision you've made in your entire existence. i love you Burrito Grill. i'll be there next week. 11 am sharp. maybe even 8:30 pm, because i know it's rude to come when you're trying to close. hours include 11-8:30 wednesday- saturday. read more
