Classic Mexican restaurant with much more than burritos. I had the nachos with chicken, which was flavorful and juicy. The churros for dessert were perfectly cooked and good. Was hoping for some agua fresca on a hot day, but they did have good selection of Jarritos.

Cami to the Burrito Factory for dinner. Ambience is very casual and laid back. Dining area decor had lots of lotteria paintings. Felt like a authentic Mexican restaurant. Service was great. Employee at the counter was welcoming and helpful in explaining menu items. They had some specials posted and I went with the fish tacos. Tacos looked good and they were not skimpy. Tortilla was a regular size, just needed to be cooked a bit more so they dont fall apart with the liquids from the salsa. Fish was tasty but needed to be cooked a bit more to add some crunch. Cabbage topping was good with some added heat to it. Tried the red and green salsa on my tacos and I preferred the heat in the green versus the red.

Ordered via DoorDash over an hour ago. The time keeps getting pushed back. Another Dasher eventually came and told us the restaurant said our order has been delivered. It is not. They only offer tacos and burritos via DoorDash yet cannot even properly make it in time to serve their customers. Never again.

We visited on a Sunday evening, and ordered the breakfast burrito with sausage, beef fajita tacos, and chips and salsa. Everything was freshly made and quite delicious! Any place that serves yummy breakfast burritos at night already gets stars in my book, but my overall experience here was more than satisfactory in all aspects. Clean and casual setting with plenty of seating and lovely loteria artwork on the walls, quick and friendly service, self-serve condiments and sauces on the side (8 different kinds... the green sauce was my fave, not too spicy, just perfect to go with my burrito), and easy parking right in front of the restaurant. Note, there are no public restrooms here, so hopefully you don't gotta go. But definitely go to the burrito factory!

They have some of the best food and salsas I've had but sometimes the wait can be a bit long.

I would suggest that the serve mention that when taking orders so we know. Just because it's at the very bottom of the menu I didn't notice it until I asked for a dessert menu. The food was so good! We had Mexican jambalaya, Carne asada plate, tacos Dorado, enchiladas with both sauces, parillada, enfrioladas (bean enchiladas) tacos de pescado, Don julio flight, multiple drinks and churros. The churros were really good although we wish there was a non filled ones too and to have the optionof if we wanted it dressed up because churros are already super sweet with the cinnamonand sugar dusted but caramel and whip cream was added along with a strawberry filling. We also ordered a tres leches cake but we didn't like the tres leches cake, it was too sweet, so sweet that we couldn't taste the filling which we assume was pineapple lol the color was yellow with pieces of fruit but we couldn't taste it. Overall the service was great and quick. I would definitely come back here.

Plenty of parking available since the restaurant is in a strip mall. It wasn't too busy when we got there, but then it started picking up. There was only one server working and she was really hustling to meet everyone's needs. Plus, she was friendly. I had the carne asada burrito, it was good but nothing over the top that made it stand out. My friend had enchiladas with mole. We were most excited about dessert and decided to share the churros and Tres leches. It was a nice touch that the churros and Tres leches did not come plain, a little pizzazz since they were both served with berries, whipped cream, and a cajeta style sauce. Both of the desserts were so good and a perfect touch of sweetness.

My party of 2 arrived at 6pm on a Saturday evening and it was a lot more crowded than I expected…read more Initially, they told us they're no longer taking walk-ins and that we'd have to be put on a waitlist. Then, they said they could seat us right away at a small corner table right by the main door. It ended up being tight but at least we didn't have to wait. It also wasn't an ideal spot because we'd get hit by a gust of wind every time the servers came in/out of the main door to tend to the guests seated outdoors. For drinks we got the strawberry agua fresca (seasonal), witch's brew (seasonal), and the Benjamin. The witch's brew was too strong for me, but the Benjamin was good and the alcohol taste wasn't too intense which is what I prefer. We shared the tres salsas + chips, ceviche tostada, pink tacos (braised spare rib), and salmon tacos. The ceviche tostada and salmon tacos were my favorites. Ceviche tostada was light, fresh, and flavorful, and the salmon in the salmon taco was cooked very well. The tres salsas + chips were ok, the chips were similar to Fritos and the salsas were on the watery end which made the flavors feel muted. The pink taco was decent - braised spare rib was pretty tender but I liked the salmon taco more. Service was wonderful, friendly, and they checked in frequently. Ambiance is lively and nicely decorated.

Overpriced, mediocre Mexican food with some of the worst service we've experienced…read more We came here on a Friday night at 6:30 PM to celebrate a birthday with a party of 8, but we didn't receive our dinner until 8:15 PM. There was also a large party of around 25 people that the restaurant clearly wasn't equipped to accommodate, which seemed to cause major delays for everyone else. For appetizers, we ordered guacamole, salsa, and queso, but they initially only brought out the chips. After waiting about 15 minutes, we had to ask for the dips, and the queso still didn't arrive until the very end of our meal. When we finally ordered our entrees, it took over an hour for them to come out--and to make matters worse, the entrees don't even include side dishes. Throughout the entire wait, the staff had no problem continuing to bring and charge us for drinks, but no one acknowledged the excessive wait or offered any kind of compensation. After we finally complained to the manager, they offered complimentary margaritas and queso. At that point, the queso was obviously no longer wanted because our meal was already over. Then, to top it all off, they initially brought us the bill for the party of 25, which was nearly $900, when our bill was around $500. Accident or not, this was another frustrating mistake on an already disappointing night. If you can't properly accommodate a party of that size without severely impacting the rest of your customers' experience, you shouldn't be taking on such a large reservation. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back.

The staple letdown is the tortillas. The wonderful white corn taste has been sucked out of them. Yuck! Nicely done churros! The inside-out non-traditional chiles rellenos are odd. Actually, in Texas, I made rellenos with my family. At Luna there's an underwhelming flavor and no satisfying last bite taste at the stem. I convinced myself their tacos are better. Finally there's the mediocre guacamole that should be called a "better than the store" dip. After everything said, the pitted mortar the guac is served best describes this place: Odd, authentically exaggerated, but a great place to enjoy the day, admire the ambience of the Pruneyard and have drink.

My order: Double Meat Carne Asada, no Cilantro. Extremely large and moist Burrito, just the right amount of cheese, rice and bean= not to much, and the wrapping is nice and this, hence allowing all the fantastic meat flavors. They also have an outdoor seating area now. Professional and clean + a bar for cocktails I would go here more frequently if I didn't live 30 min away (without traffic). Highly recommend this place

Honestly I was going into this a bit skeptical because even tho La Vics isn't about that food the sauce is their saving grace, and when a friend said there's a spot with better orange sauce I rolled my eyes so hard. But damn, that smokey chipotle orange sauce may be the dragon slayer we didnt know we needed! Food came out super quick and the staff was super attentive without being overbearing. I tend to speak in hyperbole, but this place has a hold on me that I don't think I'll be able to break! Oh yeah also side note that mangonada lemonade is to die for
