Generally, I enjoy Burrito Bistro, however I am tired of them getting my order wrong. This is the second time in the past month that I've ordered take out & came all the way home only to realize there is sour cream on my burrito, when I very clearly asked them to NOT put it on my Burrito Max. I come here a couple times a week. I like the burritos, environment, music, and the staff. My ONLY problem is that you have to pay for chips, and when you get a side of chips it's only 12 chips... I guess I am just used to a free basket of chips with my burritos and tacos like I used to get in California. Dont be so cheap on the chips brah! They aren't even home made! In light of the dissapointing mexican restaurant nearby Wicked (I dont even bother to remember the name of it), I convinced my mother to come in with me and try it as I'd been eyeing it for a while. We came in and ordered the tacos, they were delicious. Next time we ordered burritos, and I was in heaven. The Burrito Max is everything you could ever want from a mexican joint. I see a lot of complains about the lettuce in the reviews here, I just ask them to go light on mine. They don't need lettuce in them anyway. read more

The staff is not very friendly, they don't greet you or interact at all, they only take your order. The salsa was basically empty and they didn't bother to fill it, even with one person standing where the salsa is and looking at it. The food was so-so at best. When my part of five was done, I walked by a girl cleaning a table so I could throw the trash away and she watched me walk to the back without telling me the only trash was up front by the door. I would not recommend this place to anyone and the staff need some serious customer service training . read more

Waited about 20 mins for food, $8.19 for a soggy poorly cooked tiny burrito. So badly cooked that I had to ask for my money back. Side order of rice was tasteless at $3.99 for a very small sample. Wife had 2 fish tacos also very tiny at $8.69. This place should be out of business. Oh, they did credit back the cost of soggy burrito, but they credited some else's credit card not mine, so here I have to go back up to cashier to ask them to credit my credit card. This has been such a great find!! We have ordered from here and eaten there several times over our 3 weeks in the area. Our kids love the burritos as do we. They are fresh and even better is the fact that they do alternative non Mexican burritos. I loved the Thai one and two of my friends also loved the southern one and the salad that they ordered. Also a nice addition if you eat there, is that you can have a beer or glass of wine if you want...that was much needed one afternoon after a long beach day with 4 kids under the age of 11! read more

This is the 2nd location, been frequenting the Hyannis spot for over 10 years, very good burritos. Fresh, great flavors. 4 stars because the prices keep rising and the menu hasn't changed at all other than burrito of the day which they rotate basically the same stuff. Don't make the mistake of paying extra for the large size, not a good value. Stick with regular size, no chips, chips are a rip off and aren't properly heated and salted. Service is good, very fast. Best burritos on Cape, Thai chicken, fajita, Santa Fe are some of the best. read more

Ok burrito/taco joint. We got two single tacos and a kids quesadilla. Ummmm more than $4 for each taco, and they weren't particularly awesome. I mean they weren't gross but they weren't the best tacos we've ever had and had like 2 pieces of meat in each. Kids quesadilla was fine. Iced coffee was so far the best part of the meal. The place is mostly clean and service is fast. Sometimes their tables are sticky. You can order online, which helps during the summertime in the Mashpee Commons. This was my first time here and I was obviously looking for a decent burrito. Upon walking in I took notice of how clean the place was which I appreciated (especially the salsa station). However, the prices were absurd. Almost $10 for a regular sized burrito bowl which was 3x smaller than what a typically get at Chipotle for the same price. Had lunch there today. I've eaten there before and decided to return. I was the only patron in the place. Ordered my food counter help was very polite. Took my recipe and a seat and waited and waited and waited 12 minutes from the time stamp on the recipe until i relieved my food. Nothing crazy to make two need tacos ! Love this place. Used to go every now and then to the place in Hyannis. When I saw they opened one in my town I was ecstatic. I always get the Spicy Ranch burrito which is crispy chicken, jasmine rice, bacon, lettuce, and a slightly spicy ranch sauce on a soft chewy tortilla, and a Peanut Butter Bliss smoothie, which is peanut butter, chocolate. yogurt and banana. Kids love it, mine do. When you get chips which you have to order get some salsa at the salsa side bar. Yummy. I hate chipotle, been there done that. Gross. Went there to pick up a quick dinner after another restaurant in the area had a problem with my order. Overall, the burritos are pretty good, but it the lack of a traditional salsa to have put inside the burritos is a little disapointing. It was more of a pico de gallo which itself was alright but when I ordered my burrito max I was hoping for an actual salsa rather than some larg pieces of tomato. The tortilla came out a little bit soft, almost soggy due to the juices from the condiments, and the steak, while flavorful, seemed a bit overdone, but overall still a decent burrito. Without really any competition they'll stay on my go-to list for a quick take-out dinner, but I'd really like to see them up their game. read more

Service was decent, ordered the Burrito Max and it tasted as far off from a good Mexican burrito you can get.. It tasted like a salad rap, they stuffed it with lettuce, and also used frozen processed chicken, the chicken came in perfect cubes. The wrap was also horrible. Burritos are passable but average. Been here twice - gimme chipotle every time. Also they suffer from a sizing issue (see Jersey Mikes) - either a regular, which leaves me still hungry, or ginormous, which makes me feel like a big fat slob (I ate it anyways lol). I just went to this place with my very elderly and disabled grandmother, and the service was absolutely terrible. It started out with outrageous prices for below grade food. My special grandmother ordered a simple beef burrito with beans, and it came out with sour cream, lettuce, and everything else. Knowing that her easily upset stomach wouldn't be able to handle all of the extras (that she didn't order) she simply went and explained to the employee who took her order, that she couldn't eat it and she didn't order it, and he ARGUED with her, saying it was correct, even though the "costumer is always right". My poor grandmother did not feel like arguing and got her money back, as the employee kept bickering on. Please go to Chipotle and don't waste your money on this food and service! read more
