Flavor features to find with this beer are honey, a natural sweetness and rye. The beer is light bodied and has a smooth body to it. A nice change of pace from what you typically come across with beer selections.

This was a nice, crisp beer that was just what I was looking for. A little bit biscuity and some hoppy bitterness going on that reflected this type of lager nicely. It was very refreshing to sit down to as my journey to Butte and the main event in Bozeman would mean hotter weather as that part of the trip unfolded.

We enjoyed talking to them and learning about the area and the history of the brewery. They explained that they had been in business for about 24 years. I worked here just a few weeks ago for a little over a month. I have tons of experience in pizzas and helped a coworker write the menu-literally we hand wrote it together for the owner, Amy- to type up. Gave them my cheats on pizzas- needing screens, pizza stands, pizza spatulas, setting up the line, did the orders, prep etc only to be laid off because I got a part time job down the road but claim it was due to covid. When I started they were selling under 20 pizzas a day...I watched it grow immensely and I'd like to say part of that is due to the work my coworker and I put in. The pizzas are delicious but If you wanna eat somewhere where the owner hired her friend to work, then lays off the two employees kicking ass and slanging out pizzas to leave a kitchen trashed like this everyday go for it! Nothing was ever labeled with dates unless we did it, rarely was product wrapped or with a lid when put away and the dude-Jason, never left that kitchen clean then had the nerve to question if I've ever worked in a kitchen. idiot. Pure laziness-so lazy he wouldn't peel the labels off the cambros when doing dishes‍. Not to mention the lack of communication is appalling. I heard absolutely nothing from the owners for over a week before they decided to "lay me off." So unprofessional. Sad because Amy's brother Jeff was so nice and the brewer Dave brews some good beer. read more

I can't comment on the beer because I did not try any. I also just want to say, I have never left a bad review before and feel guilty doing so, for any small business, especially during this time but unfortunately it was that bad. Called twice to ask about when they stop serving. Was told twice 8:00pm. Got there at 7:38pm. Server did not welcome us or speak to us. We asked for menus and he said they probably wouldn't serve us cuz the kitchen is shutting down service for the night. Then came back five mins later and gave us menus. We were thinking about leaving and going elsewhere just based on our welcome but thought, "no let's stay and give this place a chance" (regret #1) He took the menu from us and then asked us what we wanted, we had to ask for the menus back just so we could order. We waited over a half an hour for 3 pizzas and 3 salads. Pizza was undercooked a little bit but thought it would take too long to fix (regret #2). Ate but no one checked on us or offered any other beverages (that's fine tho, maybe that is the style). Next day, everyone who ate pizza has food poisoning. Two guided fishing boats for today but we had to cancel one because some people are so sick they can not leave the house. Sorry guys but between the customer service, food and food poisoning I just can't give this a good review. Hope it's not always like this! S read more
