    Burnt tree, burnt pie!!
    Dan B.

Decent beer, on par with other Montana breweries. Food is seriously overpriced though. $25 for a 16" pizza that's very thin on toppings. Pizza was overcooked and underloved! Parmesan and chili flakes were presented as 1 single-serving packet each, for the whole pizza. This place is a perfect example of a mediocre kitchen that preys and survives on new tourists.

A-OK just like the 3 star rating says. BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED AND DECORATED. Down side, doesn't open till 2 PM and closes at eight, as of this day anyway. Funny Montana rules I'm guessing?.. no beer on the bar side.. no liquor on the beer side. Definite upside is the seating outdoors and upstairs on the patio. Worth the stop to relieve Sir sore ass from behind the wheel.

Atmosphere is really cool, rooftop deck and garden area are great spots to enjoy a beer. The beer was ok, will stop again when we're in Ennis next time.

Awesome pizza and the Rye IPA is amazing! We had the chicken Alfredo. And you can buy other drinks next door at the Gravel Bar if your aren't into beer (outside on patio).

    Italian pizza and arugula salad.

So much fun. Great pizza and live entertainment on the weekend. So relaxing after a day on the river.

Great little spot in Ennis. We always drop by on our way to a family cabin in Yellowstone. Pizza hit the spot and the beers were sneaky good

Great pizza and beer. They typically don't answer the phone because they're quite busy on the summer, but great bartenders and nice folks.

It's a comfort zone in a small town. Delicious Alfredo chicken pizza with tasty different beers. Awesome place. Love it!

Our waitress was so sweet & kind- she was definitely busy and apologized for the kitchen being backed up & the slow service. Our food was great, we all enjoyed our meals. The nachos were good- the big chunks of chicken seemed like grilled chicken nuggets similar to what you get from Costco- they were still good- could have definitely used a few more pieces of chicken. Our burger & chicken sandwich were both great- good flavor & great size portions for the cost. Definitely recommend as a local we will be back again.

Started with a burnt tree honey blonde ale. Would highly recommend. It had more body and flavor than your average honey blonde and was similar to the salmon fly honey rye. Started with a cup of chicken curry soup. When it came out, I was a bit confused by its thickness. There was literally no broth at all. One of my table mates quipped "is that a dip?" . But the flavor was definitely there even if it didn't have the consistency of your typical soup or even stew. Had the sphinx burger with fries. Burger was excellent. Probably the best part was the bun, toasted and buttery and the meat was very juicy. Probably the only bad part of the meal and why I didn't give this place a 5 was the fries. They were a bit overdone and lacked seasoning and a good, crispy coating. I'd go back and probably stay away from the fries.

Anaconda, Montana apparently…read morehas this name associated with it which I'm sure has nothing to do with the single, tall smoke stack in town that is now a tourist attraction. While I didn't go to the smoke stack... that is for another time when Steve and I can sight see together I did make a stop at the brewery as I didn't feel that it was too terribly far off of the Interstate. The brewery is nestled in downtown and the set up is pretty cool. There is a nice, spacious area inside the brewery but on nice days they do have outdoor seating on a patio. It was nice and warm on the day I paid a visit here so I took advantage of the outdoor option. The beer choice in my mind I also desired to have that would go along with the warmer weather would be a lighter beer. What fit the bill just fine was getting the Cool Hand Rice Lager. This was a nice, crisp beer that was just what I was looking for. A little bit biscuity and some hoppy bitterness going on that reflected this type of lager nicely. It was very refreshing to sit down to as my journey to Butte and the main event in Bozeman would mean hotter weather as that part of the trip unfolded.
