If you know me, you know I don't like my food to hurt me, and this dish met my requirements with a whisper of, "Here I am." Now, my hubby doesn't like anything with coffee, so he was worried about the hickory smoked chicken with espresso molasses BBQ sauce. However, he admitted the sauce didn't have any hint of coffee and, in fact, it was a delicious complement to the chicken. As for the pancetta Mac 'n' Cheese, its creamy cheesiness balanced out the smokiness of the chicken. Chef Joseph often offers one of his Pot de Crème varieties to finish a meal. For the tasting menu, it changes daily and is 4 courses with a dessert course to round out the meal. One thing to note: they automatically add 18% gratuity to your bill which is split between all front of house and back of house staff. Anything you leave above this will go directly to your waiter.
