They offer a multitude of classes, including strength training, cardio, boot camps, and special programs like Ass & Abs, yoga, and spin. Membership is affordable and includes monthly assessments and unlimited boot camp classes (specialty classes are a separate cost but with it!). The coaches here are absolutely fantastic. They are always there to offer guidance, correct form, and push you to your limits in the most encouraging way possible. The music selection is on point! It's not just a workout; it's a party. The high-energy beats keep you pumped and motivated throughout your session. It's like having your own DJ for every workout. One of the standout features of ICANFITNESS is the friendly and supportive community. The members here are like family. Everyone is welcoming and eager to help each other succeed. The people that work here and go here are some of the most special and unique people I have ever meet. To be honest I should have written a review about this place a long time ago when I lived in Florida, but I didn't, I dropped the ball, but while back visiting after a year away I stopped in and the feeling of love and welcome was so overwhelming I would be amiss to not step up and say how much I love this place. This gym offers a unique variety of things that you can't find at your regular box gyms. You can take Kickboxing, Sanshou, Kung Fu, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or Bootcamp. They offer classes for both kids and adults 7 days a week. From the time you walk in to the time you leave, they really do take the extra time to focus on you. Your needs, your goals, your weaknesses, your strengths. Always encouraging you and always there to call you out if you need it, and trust me sometimes I did. Walking into John Wai, you feel warm and welcome. It reminds me of Cheers "Where every body knows your name, and they are always glad you came". Not only do they offer a gym where you can really reach those goals that you want, they offer more, they offer an amazing community, a family. Walking into a new gym is often scary and you always run into these cliques, but this place is the only place I have never ever experienced that. From the owner down to the newest member everyone is happy, helpful, and friendly. Tucked away in the back of a tiny plaza in the middle of Plantation, this place really is a diamond in the rough. I know when I leave again at the end of my holiday this will be one place that I will always miss, not matter where I go and I will always look forward to visiting when I come back. If you are really looking for a place to workout and meet amazing people, this is the place to go!

My experience is limited to the classes through Groupon:…read more Pros: -Instructors are friendly and enthusiastic. -They give you free boxing gloves with a Groupon deal. Cons: -After a first class, they grab you and go over one year membership (very pushy!!). -It is difficult to reserve a spot. They only allow you to reserve one class at a time if you are not a regular member. -You can only reserve a spot in person or by calling. However, they are only available to answer your call a couple hours before the evening classes. -When you finally get a chance to talk to them, the classes are full. The instructor told me that they can only allow 4 beginners per class. Thus, although the classes weren't full, I couldn't take the class. In conclusion, it just took too much effort to take a class and enjoy the workout.

Absolutely horrendous business practices. Stay away…read more Trying to cancel my membership has been an absolute nightmare. They have effectively put an AI wall between customers and anyone who can actually help. Nobody answers the phone because their AI system refuses to connect you to a human. Their email system is also automated and provides a limited selection of useless responses that do not resolve the issue. You would think walking into the actual location would solve the problem. Nope. Staff members on site claim they are not "authorized" to cancel memberships either. Apparently, you are forced right back into the same ridiculous automated system. I blocked their recurring charge with my bank TWICE because I no longer wanted to be charged. Now I received an "authorization" through Stripe that I never agreed to and never signed. At this point, this has gone far beyond bad customer service. Making it incredibly easy to take someone's money while making it ridiculously difficult to stop taking it is completely unacceptable. Be VERY careful before giving this business your payment information or signing up for a membership. Based on my experience, getting out is infinitely harder than getting in. I would never do business with this place again.

I'm sorry to say, but my son's class was supposed to test for belt promotion and they were denied because many students didn't show up in the correct uniform. The students must wait until their sensei schedules another testing opportunity. They have a smoothie bar inside, i haven't tried it yet. My son enjoys their training program very much.
