One of the best trainers in all of Charlotte ! Been going to Milt on and off for 2 years now. I was…read moreintroduced to Milt by my Uncle who has been going to him for awhile. Milt, is an honest hard nose trainer that makes your work and wants nothing more but for you to accomplish your fitness goals. He has a great wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Fitness and Health and is a good person and good man. If you're looking for a trainer look no further than Milt at F.I.T. Camp ! The classes are fun and everyone is involved and everyone pushes each other to succeed in their own aspect.

I had major hip surgery 2 years prior, and didn't walk alone for almost a year. So I was working out, eating right all on my own and had hit a plateau when he was recommended. I first went for an assessment to see if I was a good fit for the F.I.T. Camp, or if a few one on one sessions were needed first. I was able to jump right into F.I.T. Camp. Everyone soon became my second family. We all push each other and root for each other to succeeding our fitness journey. If we go missing you have a handful of people reaching out to find you. F.I.T. Camp is by far the best thing I've ever been a part of. I had a follow up hip procedure in March and with the help of Milton Jones one on one sessions, and F.I.T. Camp I am happy to say I will reach a full recovery. I've never been healthier and happier than I am now.... thanks to Milton Jones and my F.I.T. Family! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to make a difference in their lives!

I was excited to try Burn Bootcamp, especially since it's promoted as being suitable for all…read morefitness levels. As someone who is very in shape, I brought my mom along to encourage her to get started with fitness and movement. Unfortunately, our experience over the first two classes left us feeling quite lost. The class uses its own unique vocabulary--terms like "Green Bay" and "Tarantula"--which wasn't clearly explained, making it harder to follow along. Despite arriving 15 minutes early on the first day hoping to familiarize ourselves with the studio and get a better understanding of what to expect, that time was mostly spent with the coach asking for names and fitness levels instead of walking us through the class setup or demonstrating movements. Throughout the sessions, I found myself helping my mom with modifications rather than receiving guidance from the coach, which was disappointing. For beginners especially, it's really important to have clear instruction and attention to form to build a strong foundation and prevent injury. I would recommend this type of workout for people who are already comfortable with high-intensity group classes. However, for those just starting out or needing more one-on-one guidance, a smaller gym or personal training setting might be a better fit. One suggestion for Burn Bootcamp would be to use the initial meeting time more effectively by orienting new clients to the class format and demonstrating key movements and modifications. This would help everyone feel more confident and prepared. Overall, we were disappointed and will not be returning, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future participants.

3.5 out of 5. This…read morewould be 5 stars EXCEPT that it is so difficult to find available classes! Ultimately the people buying the unlimited pass get priority. If you buy the 8 pack of classes, you are only getting to schedule your classes as of the 25th of each month and they are only good until the next billing cycle. BUT the unlimited people can book classes up to 2 or 3 months in advance even if they cancel. So right now on February 24, I know that I can pick my classes tomorrow morning. When I look at the schedule though, the next week is almost entirely booked up already and there are very few class times available 2 weeks out! It is EXTREMELY frustrating and I regularly ask myself if it's worth the aggravation or if it's time to cancel my membership. It is not an inexpensive way to exercise and a regular mat pilates class is better at building strength. There are some very good instructors and there are some instructors that are "phoning it in". I stopped taking one instructor's classes because she would get us started on warm ups and then go chat with the person at the front desk, forgetting how long she was away from us. You often warm up one side and then the other. So we might be working on the left leg for 2 minutes and getting sore because she forgot us and then our right leg for about 30 seconds after she finished her conversation. We would end up warming up for 15+ minutes of a 50 minute class. Once you add in 10 minutes of cool down at the end, we weren't getting a good workout. If you want a GOOD workout , there are certain instructors to choose but I'm not naming them or I'll never get in a class! But otherwise I get a much better core workout by doing regular mat pilates.

Took a free intro class. 30 minutes. Great introduction to Pilates and the studio. It was fun and I…read morelearned about. No sales pressure. Friendly instructor. Located by Marcos Pizza.
