    Biodegradable Poop-Bags
    Steven B.

Patience is what you need to shop here. If you have them, chances are you will find a good bargain or two. I came to BCF looking for a specific item, which they did not have, but I still walked out with several new items at a bargain price. Whenever I am in a discount store like this, I always check out the pet section. My dogs have more dog bowls, beds, collars and leashes then they actually need, but I spoil them. Today at BCF, I didn't find any bowls or such, but they had a nice selection of Scoop Bags aka poop bags. They had the colorful biodegradable ones at a price cheaper then any of the local doggie boutiques. This was a major find for me, since I am a conscientious dog walker and scoop the poop. Another department I always check out of course is the mens fashion department. This was a nightmare. The only positive things was that the racks were not packed as tight as they are at Marshall's. Another positive thing is they had the jeans separated from all the other types of pants which made it easy to browse. From the the brief time I looked, the prices and name brands seemed good. When I need a new pair of jeans, I may pop back in to take a closer look. The best bargain I found was colorful socks. I love bright colored socks and BCF had them on sale 5 pairs for $9.99. What a deal - I normally pay that for one pair of socks at The Rack. The sign on the table said, "Brag About It", so I am. I got 5 pairs of amazing sock for only $9.99 and this sock-aholic is one happy shopper. The cashier at check out was friendly and wrapped the sale up quickly. BCF is out of my way, but knowing the savings on got on scoop bags and socks, I may be back and put up with the hot mess and disorganization. When: February 22, 2016 Why: First Time in a BCF

So, I was easily able to find some meals, bottled baby food, baby food squeeze packs, diapers and wipes as well as a few other bath-time things for her. What I didn't find was the safety seat we had to buy bc the rental car company gave us the wrong size (too big) for our daughter so we had to purchase one. Two of the cheaper options weren't on the shelves and I couldn't find an associate to check in the back for me. It's in a very busy shopping center with dozens of other stores around so it was buzzing around 2pm when we arrived there on a Friday. I love Target and the consistency across states is comforting for finding trusted brands. Overall, a positive expiernece here, as expected.

Having moved recently to St. Louis I was excited to see that my local Target had full pick-up…read moreservices as the location in Jackson, Tennessee did not. In fact, the cutoff time for ordering a pick up was 4 p.m., after that, no dice. But any excitement about now having a Target available for pick up a short distance for my new home has been irrevocably damaged by two pick up experiences in the short time I've been here. The first was from two weeks ago when there was a slight drizzle, no lightning, just rain, and they suspended delivery to your car so that you had to go inside. Once inside, I waited an extra 15 minutes in order to get my items which seemed a bit onerous. That said, I understand it's for safety, even though I'm expected to get out of my car and walk in. If there was an active lightning storm, I'd understand. But tonight takes the cake. I made an order slightly before 3 p.m., hoping that I would be able to pick my order up sometime after 5 p.m. and not miss too much of the Indiana Fever game I was hoping to watch this evening. Figuring since I only had 12 items all from grocery, that my order wouldn't take too long, I pulled into Target a little after 5 p.m. despite not receiving the code telling me my order was available for pick up. After sitting for an extended period of time, I decided to go grab something to eat and after 20 minutes of driving around, I stopped in at a Chipotle, waited in line, grabbed my order, and ate my entire burrito on my way back to Target, which took a minute with the Byzantine street set up. Now it's after 6:30 p.m. and I still haven't received the code to tell me my order is ready for pick up. I saw Brianna from the service desk deliver an order to the car in the spot one over from me and engaged her in conversation about why this whole experience was taking so long. Keep in mind I've not had a single update at this point and we're now getting close to 7 p.m. When she talked about how busy they were and how they pulled her from the service desk to help out because only three people were in the back, I asked her who I should be mad at? Should I be upset with store management who know they're busy and yet didn't have enough employees available on the clock? Should I be mad at the Target app for not communicating with me? Brianna was great, and very helpful, I'm not upset with her. In fact, she went back to ask if there was anything she could do to speed my order up. But Management here is low-key garbage for making me wait four hours for a 12 item order. Finally shortly after 7 p.m. I got a notification that my order is ready, get this, five items are not available. So after all that, it's taken four hours for a complete grocery order. No apology, nor compensation for my time. By the time I got home I missed over half the Fever game, there was 5:58 left in the third by the time I turned the TV on.

I thought at first that this place would only carry certain licensed products but it turns out, they have a variety of everything from home items, food (some very interesting snacks and all sorts of instant noodles), beauty supply, some election of art supply, snacks (worth mentioning twice), and Hello Kitty/Sanrio items! Everything was less than $3 except for when it had a value in Yen then you can look up the equivalent price in sheets they've posted everywhere or you can ask the friendly staff, if you're unsure. The staff were helpful and super nice. Needless to say, I came in for a couple of items and came out with way more than what I anticipated on buying. I bought some Sanrio gift items and stickers for my friend and her daughter, which was my true purpose for going in but I ended up with a large bag full of snacks and instant noodles as well. Go figure. I can't wait to come back!

When I walked in I was a bit confused on the prices as they were in yin. While the signs did offer a better understanding with currency converters the lovely sales associate explained it politely on how the store works. I grabbed a few items and they have a selection of things from everywhere. I spent a little over $16 and while I think some of the stuff is a bit over priced other things are not too bad. If you want to get a little taste Japan from the US you can step into here and have a ball. The selection off Japanese food and drinks was quite impressive and I absolutely love the glassware section. This places has a little bit of everything to tickle your fancy. As always until next time...

As soon as we entered, she came galloping from the back stockroom to do a meet and greet. She's a sweetie. As I said in my previous review, I am a "bar hopper". I like to go around and support a variety of locally owned handcrafted soap boutiques. Since I moved to Illinois five years ago, I've been shopping on the east side of the river. Since I was having on The Hill, I made a point to shop, Herbaria The one thing that was on top of my list, Shave Soap. When shaving, I prefer a good lather from a shave soap over a cream or cream. Herbaria has several scents to choose from and I chose, Bay Rum and Jojoba. I am looking forward to my first shave with my new bar. I also bought a bar of Soapy's Choice. In the past, I've had very furry long haired dogs in the past, but now I have two Chihuahua mixes and they have very short fine hair. So, I thought I'd give Soapy's Choice a try. I'm sure my little girls are going to like showering with daddy. My other bar of soap was, Citrus Oatmeal. I love a good oatmeal soap, it invigorates my skin. To help my new bar last longer in the shower I bought a, Soap Lift. I liked that they had a good selection of colors, I grabbed a grey to match the colors in my primary en suite. The sales associates are personable and not high pressure. They are there to assist you, answer questions and to make recommendations. With their good customer service and Bubbles puppy dog eyes, I guarantee you will not walk out empty handed. When: January 13, 2026 Why: Shave Soap and more

The products smell amazing and I was surprised at the variety, loofahs, deodorants, lotions, doggy soaps, soap dishes and more. The scents aren't scant either, there are plenty to choose from. I really enjoy that they have shea butter in them and all the ingredients are natural and not a bunch of chemicals. When checking out I asked about online ordering and was given a coupon to use online. The staff member working today remained friendly and upbeat and seemed genuinely excited about their products. It is always nice to buy from small local shops where there is genuine joy and love for their product. I am so happy that I came across this store and will definitely be returning.
