I walked up to the cash register where there were 5 people standing around, but I think they just had a quick meeting and then quickly dispersed as I reached the counter. A woman greeted me and helped me with the return right away. She was almost finished when I told her what had happened. She quickly changed her demeanor, I assume she was on auto-pilot, but my one-off threw her off. She was appreciative of me sharing the information and even took it a step further to write down my order number. I didn't want these to be bought by someone else who gets disappointed by the factory mess up. She finished and wished me a great rest of my day.

I've been coming to Nordstrom since high school, and I've always loved how much of a variety of items they have. They have the ability to reach a variety of customers and offering a variety of items at different price ranges. I love that there's no judging since they carry sizes from 0 - 24! I usually find something that I like whether it's for work, play or working out! (A public restroom could come in handy too, but it's not the end of the world that there's not one available.) Sometimes it can be hard to get an attendant to let you into the fitting rooms but once you grab somebody, they're super nice. I've made returns and placed online orders and store and they're always helpful. I also really love their clearance selection which sometimes goes up to 50% off of the clearance price. I am a little annoyed at urban outfitters the larger company because I bought a pair of pants size 25 and they fit really well and when I went to purchase a pair of pants in the same size they were way too small as seen in the picture. I don't know why there's so much range within the same brand and styles pants. But that's not indicative of the workers at this location just the company.

They have rearranged the store a few times in the years I've been going, but things are typically very easy to find. With new items right up front and then the clearance items located in the back. The only qualm I have about the store is the same qualm I have with most clothing stores. The mens section is not big enough and can often feel limited when compared to the women's section. And even the baby section at time. However I have been able to find some great pieces here and they frequently update their stock.
