This Burlington was nothing like other locations and unfortunately, not in a good way. The store felt empty, disorganized, and there were no working shopping carts available. The selection is usually on point and I can find some awesome deals but not at this location (atleast not from what I could see). Staff was pretty much nonexistent, and after walking the store, I couldn't find anything worthwhile to buy. The whole experience was so underwhelming that I walked in and out in less than five minutes. Definitely not the Burlington experience I'm used to. Hopefully this location improves, because right now it's an easy skip. read more

This store is an absolute joke. I came in Sunday asking about a viral Hello Kitty greeter. An employee (lady with tattoos on her chest and a bun) told me to come back Monday. So I did -- and the second I asked another cashier to check, the same woman rudely shouted across the counter "NO, we don't have that" like I was a nuisance. When I asked the cashier to actually check the back, she cut her off again with more attitude. Then another woman from the stock room came out, I showed her a photo of the item, and she just side-eyed me, said "uhm," and walked away without giving me an answer. Rude and dismissive doesn't even begin to cover it. Later I noticed they suddenly boarded up the stockroom windows after I had simply glanced through them earlier. Suspicious much? Everyone knows this location hides viral items in the back for friends and resellers -- and this proved it. (And by the way, covering those windows is a safety hazard.) When I came back later, that same stockroom worker followed me, glared, and even laughed with a cashier about me right in front of my face. Then, while I was paying, the cashier kept repeating "have a nice day" over and over to push me out the door. The whole thing was nasty, disrespectful, and shady from start to finish. A formal complaint has already been made to corporate about this store's behavior, and based on what I experienced, I'm not the least bit surprised this location has such a horrible reputation. Burlington needs to clean house here immediately -- the employees clearly think hiding items and mocking customers is acceptable. read more

This was my worst experience I ever had at any store! This is the first time in my life that I get kicked out of a store like this. I came a couple of minutes before the closing time. The doors were opened. And the employees saw us walk in. They didn't tell us that we can't buy anything. I got 3 clothes and was heading towards the cash register as quickly as possible. They were like um where you think you're going? We can't let you buy that. This is my first time kicked out of a store like this. Is this legal?? I asked them why do you guys have the doors opened then? Plus they saw us come in and didn't tell us that we can't shop. They let us shop without telling us anything. In 5 minutes I already was quickly coming towards the cash register. They started to kick us out once I already had 3 clothes in my hands ready to buy. And I was by the cash register. Usually even if it's 10 minutes before closing time...they at least let you buy the stuff... even if the store already closed. Worst customer service ever. One of them was very rude cashier. This is a very clean and organized Burlington store in Creekside shopping center. It's an ideal location for a lot of traffic from Roseville, Rocklin, Highway 65, old town and the mall. Because it is smaller there is less selection but there are many bargains to be found. For those trying to return purchases a lot sign up for their in store rewards thing and you get extended time for returns and they can look up receipts for you. They are strict but if you pass a find up today the item will be done tomorrow. Employees at checkout were nice but it is self serve all the way in the shopping areas. Management should put a wider variety of things a long the check out line. It should be dense and varied and they'll make more money on impulse buys. I hope they send more inventory here as people are buying now. In my opinion they should capitalize on their space. All in all a pleasant way to shop.If you are in the area check it out read more

I recently came shopping to this location I thought they sold coats boy was I wrong they have a very wide selection of items to choose from they have something for everyone this establishment was very clean and very organized with very nice aisles to shop in I ended up scoring a really nice rain coat and a really cute sweater they where both very affordable and who doesn't like a great deal they don't have there dressing rooms open unfortunately but luckily the sweater I got fit perfectly and I was able to try on the raincoat I needed up getting so all around I got a good deal and some cute clothes I also saw some really cute Christmas decorations in stock I will have to make another shopping trip for some Christmas shopping lol the cashier who rang me was very friendly and very helpful and my shopping experience very pleasant I was very happy with the experience I had at Burlington I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who is looking for a great deal and great items I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and more great experiences to come thank you Burlington coat factory you guys are awesome keep up the gear work thanks again read more

The store wasn't half bad?! I honestly enjoyed walking in to experience my ever 1st time stepping into this store. I have stepped into the one in Florin & the one in Citrus Heights aka CH.. I mainly visited Florin because that was the only one available back then so I was very happy & pleased they finally made them closer to home. Especially one in my home area. This store definitely has the TjMaxX vibes from Rocklin. Almost has the same layout?! Pretty spacious but very clean & well organized. Especially during the pandemic. Having another lock down and curfew during December 2020 & being able to walk into Burlington felt like a blessing. This store has alot to offer! Can't believe BabiesRus store was right where Burlington store is now?! You can never tell it was this same spot, the way they really made Burlington store look so comfy & relaxing to shop. Definitely better flooring & layout to shop to then Florin & Marshall's in Roseville combined! I honestly feel that I want to come back again and do more shopping. Sales team was nice & friendly. No bad experiences with them when I walked in... I visited on Dec 17th of 2020 as my 1st time walking in. I actually found some stocking stuffers for wonderful prices on a budget, that was under $20! An awesome wristlet purse, a keychain puffball fox accessory & some fake nails that look professional with glue attached inside the box....SCORE!!! I liked how they got something for everyone & everything. Especially Christmas stuff. Their pack of different sized boxes that came in a big pack was for $6 & that's a heck of a deal! Wow... received a kitchen floor mat for Christmas and hubby bought me another one for a different area. He didn't really pay attention to the design of the first one.. ( no! A man didn't look at the details??) Anyway- he paid cash. Green paper money! And also wadded up his receipt in a ball with the other receipts and left. I need it to exchange an item. The item did not work & was defective. The salesperson was rude did not show me the written policy and said if the item was defective it was my problem not hers. As I did not have the receipt I was expecting store credit or sale price on the item, but was told this is my problem, no return & no exchange. On top of being talked to like a sloth because my husband is Brown I did not get my issue resolved. I told her it was her problem & threw the item up in the air. The item was $19.99. Hated this place!! I worked at a different location so I wanted to use my discount. Didn't have the card so they could scan it but I knew my numbers. I HAVE NEVER had this problem in my location I just imputed my numbers and bam! Discount. Did the same thing at this location and the cashier was super rude. Said I couldn't do that that i needed my card. (I understand policy and everything) I explained I didn't have my card but knew my numbers I've done it in other locations with no problem. But she was giving me such a hard time. She asked me a whole lot of questions (like to make sure I was an employee) I answered all of them. I even told her to call my location if she wanted to. She didn't. Everything was going fine until I had to pay. My husband was with me so I just stepped aside so he could input his card. OH MY GOD this lady!!! She literally said "mmm no you have to pay he can't pay for you since it's your discount". I said okay I asked him for my card since he had it (we are married btw) he gave it to me and she didn't let me my husband was so irritated and made her take off the discount which is 15%! I know not much but it's my discount so ima use it. And she still gave us attitude saying "well now I have to rescan everything". Like okay? Anyways now that I look back she was probably a manager because no cashier would give me such a hard time like how this lady did. I had a horrible experience with Leslie, at the Roseville store. I had just arrived at the store, it was still early. Not a lot of customers or employees, where there. I went straight to the handbag isle. There I noticed a woman behaving very odd, she was talking to herself, having a conversation all to herself. I thought maybe she was on the phone or had a walkie talkie, but she had nothing not even headphones. I was concerned she was on drugs so I walked to the next isle, to get away from her. And shes still talking to herself, mumbling words. I move a couple isles down, in the gym bag/sock isle. That same female, goes to the same isle I was in and starts organizing some items infront of me. That's when I see that shes an employee. She then says to me, Are you buying that bag! She starts pointing at the bag in my cart. I say, I dont know yet. She then says, well if you're not going to buy it, then I'll put it back. So she grabs the bag from my cart. I dont say anything, she was acting very irritated and I didn't want any problems. So I continued to look at socks. With a firm and rude tone, Leslie says to me, Are you going to buy socks? I ignored her, and then she got closer and asked again, raising her voice. Are you buying those socks. I told her, I'm looking. She then starts mumbling and I hear her say, it doesnt look like you're buying socks. She then says to me, you need to stop defacing things. I asked her, what do you mean? She gets angry and says you need to buy these things and stop defacing stuff. It is not my job to put things away for you. I told her, youre the one that took my item from my cart, I didnt make you! Im a customer, im allowed to look at things. I'm not buying anything yet, still deciding!. She then yells at me, if you're not buying anything you need to leave this store. I told her, I just got here, you need to leave me alone! She starts yelling, no you need to leave my store, we dont need people like you here! I felt very threatened and racially profiled at that moment. So I started walking away from her. That's when she gets infront of me, inches away from my face, yelling, if you dont leave I'm calling the fucking police you f@#$ b@#$!. I yell at her, get away from me, get away! She continues to swear at me and she wouldnt get away, so I slightly pushed her away. So I can get away from her. That's when she starts calling for security and keeps cusing at me. Still no one has responded to any of this, no cashier, no manager, nothing. So I keep trying to leave, I'm now closer to the middle of the store and she continues to harass me by yelling and threatening that im going to jail for pushing her. I turn around to get away from her again and that's when she pushes my cart with my baby in the cart. She obviously wanted to fight. I yell at her to get away from me, you pushed my baby, youre crazy, you do not touch my baby! Then a cashier finally heads to us but she just goes to talk to leslie. They then walked away from me, as I'm asking for a manager. I find a manager and she tells me to leave because she was told that I pushed her employee. The manager didnt care about anything else that happened. I told her, leslie was harassing me and she pushed my cart with my baby in it, almost causing him to tople over. I felt very threatened by her. The manager still told me to leave. Its not ok how I was treated by not only Leslie but the female manager that was there as well. read more

I don't know if this a new store or not but can't believe there's not more reviews on here. We were from out of town shopping and when we walked in we were amazed how clean and organized it was. We have never seen a Burlington this clean. They had really good stuff and alot of people working, cleaning and organizing. Even when we got up to register the guy that rung us up was very engaging. Not used of this type of service nor atmosphere in a Burlington. 2 thumbs up to whom ever the management team is running this store you are doing a great job keep up the good work. read more

I walked into the store so happy and overjoyed because I found out I was having my 1st baby girl today. As soon as I get in a store I notice loss prevention guy follow me around I grab a few items in the clothes section, then I go to the stroller and car seat aisle. As I go to put in my basket he is looking at me from every angle at this point I tell him would you like to help me or can you carry to the front since you think I'm going to steal it. He says nothing mind you I'm 4 months pregnant! As I stand in line I go to purchase it spent $300 on baby items overjoyed once again. The cashier reminded me that I couldn't take the basket out I asked may I get help carrying it to my car she told me yes just ask the loss prevention guy. I get to the door and asked him politely may you help me put this in my car he tells me no I can't walk out the door. As I tell him I'm 4 months pregnant and you can't help me put this in my car he says no again I walk over to the cashiers and asked them what is going on he can't help so at this point I pull my car closer. He shoves it in my back seat and he tells me you need to scoot your seat up I look over at him and tell him he should learn manners he tells me I don't even have to do this shit and walks back in the store with the item hanging out of my car! So I walk back in the store and let them know how rude he was and that I don't even want the item I will buy it elsewhere since he doesn't have any customer service! At this point I ask for a manager which wasn't in so I will be back tomorrow to speak to a manager. To talk to the loss prevention manager and the store manager very rude and unacceptable! I walked out of the store in tears stressed and overwhelmed something I was not looking forward to!
