I'm beginning to think this is an intentional practice on their part. Today in the Mays Landing store, Diane managed to charge me twice for the same item as she does each and every time I'm in that store, which is not very often (2 to 3x a year). It is 85 degrees outside and ZERO A/C. In fact, another employee while waiting in the long line told me it has been months since their HVAC has worked. Speaking of long lines, there were at least 6 employees in the back of the store, and ONE register open. Why does this always happen? Where is this store manager? Do they actually have one? They are closing the Cherry Hill and Mt. Laurel stores. Time to do the same in Mays Landing. This store is a wreck as though no one ever bothers to straighten it up, and the register clerks just cannot seem to do their job right!

I don't know if it's all Nautica outlets, or just this one, but their jeans are cheap as heck. I got two pairs of nice jeans, in my size which is a feat in itself, for only $30 a pop. Also got a nice light weight sweater, also $30. Store is well kept and obviously a great location being just a block or so from Bally's. Definitely going to doing more shopping at Nautica in the future. If not at this location, than at one of their others. If you're not committed to any other brands and don't mind saving money on nice clothes, this is a spot for you to check out.

I would suggest that the company invest in training its staff on how to provide better customer service. In addition to the service issues, I was also disappointed to learn that there was no customer restroom available in the store. When I asked about a restroom, I was told to go to the bus station or McDonald's. This was not only inconvenient, but the bus station restroom I used was in poor condition and not suitable for use. If the store does have a restroom, I suggest allowing customers to use it. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the quick check-out process and the store's consistent attention to organization and cleanliness. I also appreciated the opportunity to take advantage of discounts and promotions, as well as the presence of a petite section. However, I did notice that the store had a higher price point for items that seemed similar to those offered at Express, and the store did not have a collection of soft men's jeans for women. There is no street parking but you can take Jitney or get dropped off. The boardwalk is an close walk to the outlet. Overall, I will be filling out the company survey on my receipt and hope that my feedback can help improve the customer experience at Banana Republic.

I have a pocket full of winnings and we all decide to go into Coach to shop. Walking in, the greeter? Looks like my wife's aunt. She welcomes us to Coach and I said I have to hug you. She didn't understand at first but I hugged her hello. Once inside, I zero in on the Men's Sale section. I see a Coach Sweat Jacket that I'm going to wear on vacation in a few weeks. And it's on sale which makes everything all right in the Bill S world. If you like the Coach brand and seeing what you like on sale? It's a win win.
