I was shocked when I pulled in the parking lot and there were only a handful of cars. When we went in, the place is pretty large, but felt a little empty. There were about 10 slides, a basketball court, and mini go karts. I thought I read online that the go karts were included with admission, but then there were signs saying you needed to buy a wristband. There was no worker in that area and nobody used them during our time there. The slides were fun until you reached the bottom. When the slide ended, you slid onto a rubber mat on most slides. My neck was starting to hurt after a few slides due to the jolt from hitting the rubber mat. I don't recommend for adults. I stopped after about 5 slides. My nephew who is 12 also complained that it hurt. It was really exhausting climbing up all the stairs to get up to the slides. Also, some of the slides and ceiling fans were dusty. Sad to say it was disappointing and I don't plan on coming back.

It's massive inside, so much bigger than I had expected. Your eyes can't decide where to look- the dozen massive slides, climbing gym area, big swings, zip-line... there's plenty to do! All of the kids we were with, including mine, ranged from ages 2-6. To no surprise, they all had a blast. There's something for everyone, including a dedicated section for kids under 5. From a parent's perspective however, there were definitely a few things we didn't favor. To start, there seemed like a lack of staff, almost allowing for too much of a free-for-all. And the staff that were working, were completely unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there at alllllll. This is a kids place... even a smile or a little interaction with the kids would go a long way. The one gentleman -working the area where you swing off the bar onto the blow up section- truly looked mad to be there and it was sad to watch the kids ask him for help and receive bothered looks in return like it was a chore. The go-cart section was completely closed/broken down as well. You pay a good chunk of money to come here, so to have a whole area not available to play was a bummer. Having a bday party here can be the whole package though - our group got a big dedicated table on the party side, pizzas, veggies and fruit, and drinks. Unsure of the cost, as we weren't the hosts, but if you're looking for an all-in-one option this would work. All in all, an enjoyable place for kids but absolutely be prepared for chaos and to support your kids in being safe because there's opportunity for injury.

I bought four tickets to urban air today and when checking in an employee told us that we were not able to make a return on the socks I accidentally bought. after asking two employees because it was an accident and rudely being told no with no other remedies to our issue we demanded the manager. The employee proceeded to make little side comments to another employee that was standing with her, that were extremely rude and offensive, and my husband told her that she needed to learn how to properly do her f job when we were walking away. He did say the F word in all of that because he was upset at the horrible customer service we were receiving. I have been to urban air plenty of times and never had a horrible customer service until this experience. As a trainer of new employees I would beyond disappointed to find out employees were rude to customers and fueling a fire that already had to get the manage involved. I don't care how old an employee is, business are expected to have great customer service and solve customs issues. Not continue to rile up already upset customer. We simply were asking for solutions when they wanted to be rude and say there was nothing they could do but didn't even try to suggest the manager . We asked for a manager. He was not out of line for asking for the manager at this point in time the manager came helped us right away with our issue super friendly, understanding that it was a mistake made. there were further problems until the two employees standing behind the counter we're talking about us so my husband told them to learn how to do their fucking job and then all of a sudden securities following us around and start bullying my husband and not even wanting to hear our side of the story or understand that we had a legitimate reason we were upset. tried explaining to the manager and the security guard that It's escalating because they're not trying to listen to us, the security guard called me a liar and then later on said that I was actually right about what I was saying I wasn't a liar, but of course at that point no one's listening to what we have to say anyways but I just wanted it known that if they were properly trained on how to handle situations and didn't try to talk bad about customers when the customer asked for a manager when they're not able to help then none of this would happen so unfortunately, while this did spiral out of control it's spiraled out of control because the employees were super inappropriate super disrespectful, and clearly didn't know how to do their job properly. They started out already, not warm and welcoming when I was asking them questions about our tickets and then we had issues with the socks. obviously they weren't looking to offer a refund and the security guards felt it appropriate to follow us out to our vehicle and place their hand on the vehicle. just trying to be extra when the whole thing could have already been defused if they didn't want to continue to try and keep the situation escalated. just sad because it is something my family and I have always had a great time. Hopefully this can be a learning opportunity for the entire staff.

We walked through the park and rode the Meteor, an old wooden rollercoaster which is one of the few I've gotten Mr. R on in our time together. We also did the bumper cars and gokarts, and shared a vehicle each time. We even walked through the haunted house. We tried riding the train, but it was over 12 minutes late departing, and it sounded like it would be a 30 minute train ride, so we decided to walk around instead. Mr. R said no to the Monorail, so we didn't check it out. To ride rides, you need to buy a wristband, from around $15-$30, depending on which attractions are included. The only thing we didn't really want to do was mini-golf, since it was overcast and a little chilly out. The park also has a concession stand and snack station, with things like ice cream, popcorn, and hot dogs, and prices were very reasonable! Little Amerricka is a wholesome vintage amusement park with small town carnival fun including plenty of rides for littler ones.

She didn't end up making it, but the staff was able to give me a more than fair equivalent for the Academy tuition, already above and beyond just at the check in expereince! Academy started in the classroom to learn the basics. Surprisingly, the information dump was not overwhelming and we were lead to the track for a warm up so the staff can study our pre-existing driving habits. At the academy, individual strengths and weaknesses were identified and we got LOTS of laps to practice. I was physically sweaty and tired by the time we finished! The…read moremini golf was quite busy during the time that we were out there, but it didn't feel cramped at all! We decided to split our group into two teams and we did the Volcano one. It was a lot of fun, not very challenging but of course, our group made it competitive. After putting, we did the go-karts, which was also a lot of fun! Some of the guys' karts were slow, which was probably a good thing. They also have an arcade area, which was nice and cool since it was quite warm and muggy outside during the time we were there. The bathrooms were clean. We didn't try any of their food while there, but they had ice cream! Overall a good place to hang with a large group, good for families with kids, or adults that want to have fun like kids :D

I guess since I didn't grow up here and it's not really geared toward adults it makes sense. We got a chance to visit this season before they closed and it was so much fun. As the name suggests, it's Christmas/Santa/winter themed. The daily price is high, but next year I think we'll be buying a season pass and hopefully can balance pool pass and amusement park visits. My daughter had so much fun with her friend here. And there's more than I expected! The rides were good, and though there aren't a ton of them they are solid and enjoyable. I rode a few, and I wasn't sure they'd be fat friendly. The Route 66 ride was fun; it reminded me of Tomorrowland Speedway, but with cooler cars. And the fire truck ride was a unique one; though I don't have a lot of amusement park experience but I didn't expect to see a fire truck that takes you over to a fire (gas powered) and lets the kids aim their hoses to put it out. There's a petting zoo, with pigs, alpacas, goats, sheep, and so on. You can buy a cup of feed and they will be your best friends for real. There's also an aviary, where you can buy a feed stick to encourage the birds to come pick from. We spent a lot of time in both those areas, and the kids really got a kick out of feeding the animals. After going on a bunch of the rides, we went to the wading pool. I didn't realize how extensive it was--it's a very large pool area, but the water is only a few feet deep and it's a zero entry pool. I thought it would be much smaller, so I didn't bring a suit--but luckily my friend did since you can't go into the pool unless you're properly attired. There were various slides and I think my kiddo could have spent hours there. But the day was cool and there was a bit of rain, so we only stayed a short while. I'm really looking forward to going more often next summer, letting the kiddo enjoy the pool much longer. Parking is free--at least as of 2026. There are concessions, and you're not supposed to be able to bring outside food, but somehow my friend snuck some in so YMMV.

We had the pizza and it was delicious. It reminded me of a school pizza growing up and a little bit of Sbarro. It filled us up and our picky 3 year old loved it so that was a bonus. We also went to a different location to get freshly squeezed lemonade and iced coffee. Both were delicious and perfect mid day snack during sunny afternoon The bathrooms were clean enough. The rides were fun and staff was very friendly. At the end of the day, we stopped and greeted Santa. I loved this experience since he was very patient and kind to our daughter. And it was very personalized. I was under the assumption was simple, and pose for photos but no... he talked to her and read her signs as to how comfortable she was. I appreciated Santa so much since he could tell she was getting a little scared and nervous. Overall, it is a fun place to be especially as a child. This one visit convinced us enough to become season pass owners as we left the park. We will be back in the near future.
