Pizza is made from scratch here, not previously made so this next part is very important. We were of the very few people there on Friday afternoon (6/20/2025) and the ONLY people at the counter to order food when we asked if they would put meat on half the pizza and leave the other half cheese. The guy at the register nodded "no" without using words. We were confused - I understand if there's a line how it would be hard to manage getting customers a custom pizza, but we were the only ones there and they wouldn't stop putting meat on the pizza half way and leave the rest to cheese? Are you serious? Pathetic... How about $5 for an order of french fries and getting 20 fries in it? I'm trying to add a photo to prove it, but can't figure out how. I'll post them on social media and do my part to warn other future customers if Urban Air doesn't want to make things right. We ordered two baskets of fries and got 19 in one and 20 in the other! This is worse than a broke food truck... The guy at the register couldn't use words, just head nods and shrugs. When he did speak we couldn't understand him. Look, don't hire people like this - period. If you do, don't put them at the register where they have to interact with your customers. Do I really need to write this in a review for you to hear? It's massive inside, so much bigger than I had expected. Your eyes can't decide where to look- the dozen massive slides, climbing gym area, big swings, zip-line... there's plenty to do! All of the kids we were with, including mine, ranged from ages 2-6. To no surprise, they all had a blast. There's something for everyone, including a dedicated section for kids under 5. From a parent's perspective however, there were definitely a few things we didn't favor. To start, there seemed like a lack of staff, almost allowing for too much of a free-for-all. And the staff that were working, were completely unfriendly and looked like they didn't want to be there at alllllll. This is a kids place... even a smile or a little interaction with the kids would go a long way. The one gentleman -working the area where you swing off the bar onto the blow up section- truly looked mad to be there and it was sad to watch the kids ask him for help and receive bothered looks in return like it was a chore. The go-cart section was completely closed/broken down as well. You pay a good chunk of money to come here, so to have a whole area not available to play was a bummer. Having a bday party here can be the whole package though - our group got a big dedicated table on the party side, pizzas, veggies and fruit, and drinks. Unsure of the cost, as we weren't the hosts, but if you're looking for an all-in-one option this would work. All in all, an enjoyable place for kids but absolutely be prepared for chaos and to support your kids in being safe because there's opportunity for injury.

We also added some large games to our space as well. We then made it upstairs for our dinner program and the buffet was amazing! Delicious and tenor serving they have a very nice event space upstairs. The staff were very nice. Two notes would just be that they had our program run on a court back to back with another group so it was ackward since we needed all those large games set up, had preset beverages and appetizers. Plus a full check in table. The other court was empty so I'm not certain why we weren't just in the other space. Then they also only had the front bar open in the first hour versus the one right at the courts and bowling where we were and other guests enjoying their time. In the case of our group it also left us separated into two since as they waited for drinks then they just became comfortable in the front bar talking. They did open the upstairs bar once we moved up there. I would book an event here again I would just make sure to clearly note some of those details and/or even book the court an extra hour to ensure no crossover even though I was able to set up 15 minutes before our event start. Everyone had a really fun time and for many it was their first time experiencing it.

My cousins kid opted for mini golf and had a great time, but this course hasn't changed at all and that's not a good thing. The design makes it easy for kids to knock their balls off the designated path, which our birthday star did several times. The water features weren't running and even the ponds were empty which ruins the view and pictures. After, we went inside for food and games. The kid was offered a red or blue slushie. He asked what flavor they were and was told they are both raspberry... he didn't like it. Raspberry is not typically any kids favorite flavor, they should expand on the options a bit. The pizza looked OK, it's about the quality you'd expect from this kind of place. They brought out a wheel and the kid got to spin for some free tickets, which he loved. They brought out a bowling pin as a keepsake for everyone to sign which is another nice touch. I'll give credit to the staff, the guy interacting with our group did a great job hyping up the kids. I didn't get to check out the other amenities such as bowling and go-carts so I can't speak on them, but I've bowled here before and enjoyed myself. In the fall they do a haunted house. I've never attended it but that's another thing to consider. Honestly if the mini golf course was in better condition I'd give them another star but the empty ponds with visible pipes was ugly and off-putting.
