I approached another representative folding clothes in girls department and there were tops marked down and I ask if the shorts were marked down as well and she stated no and continued to talk on her cell phone. I took all items because yes Wally there were great markdowns, bug I shouldn't have to take to register to check prices when there were 2 workers in that department "working"

Customer service was horrible. Seriously, I was behind a…read morelady and we waited an extremely long time to be checked out. I kid you not, like 6 people were at the counters including the manager. We had to wait until the cashier put hangers on all the clothes before helping us. The manager was talking to another worker and never acknowledged us. I had to ask if someone was going to help us check out. Not cool! This was during lunch time so it was not a lot of people in the store. Ross always has valuable items. The selection is cool here but the service was not great!

I've been known to go to multiple different locations in a day and I will drive from Pasadena as far as League City or sometimes Baytown to find what I'm looking for. I'm a Target girly and I have no shame in that. I mostly do drive up orders and I love that I can also get my Starbucks at the same time... because I'm also a Starbucks girly with no shame in that either lol. The inside of every Target is pretty similar and they mostly carry the same items, but some seem to be better stocked than others. The people are always friendly and while some people say Target is overpriced, their prices are comparable to H-E-B, so I think it's just fine. No complaints here. Carry on! :)

It was an easy in and out onto I 45 and I'm not gonna lie. I did feel a little unsafe thinking about it, but there was so much security that there were no problems and we had a great time.

As she was walking away, a different lady comes and speaks to her in Spanish telling her she needs to come back. My daughter said im sorry and tells her that she put some clothes on the rack trying to speak in Spanish so that the employee can understand. The lady tells her how she can't be doing that and insinuates that she was trying to steal. My daughter says she's wasn't and then tells her she forgot the number tag in the room. The lady was being disrespectful but my daughter kept her composure as it was an older lady. When my daughter told me what happened I went to speak to her myself to speak calmly and let her know she hurt and embarrassed my daughter. She began to raise her voice and rolled her eyes and refused to take accountability. A manager (Norma) overheard and stepped in and apologized for the situation. We admired how Norma handled the situation being calm and collected and making sure we felt respected. The lady tried to cut off the conversation and Norma nicely asked her to go back to her area as she was speaking with us, the lady cut into the conversation again and Norma respectively but firmly told her to go back to her area. Norma did an excellent job with the entire situation. We did not want to seem disrespectful in anyway as she was an elder woman but wanted her to understand she was rude to my daughter and owed her an apology for embarrassing her.

I'm not sure why my review was deleted for this mall, but here it goes again…read more.. This mall is wonderful to shop at because it isn't packed like Baybrook. I really dread walking into a mall that is full of people and no time to browse since all you're seeing are heads and bodies. Now, that's no fun! Though, not at Almeda. OK, yes, this mall is vacant and most would say this is a Mexican mall, but heck go down to Baybrook and one wouldn't say, "oh, it's a white mall." Who knows, this place has been in business a lot longer than Baybrook and honestly I've been visiting this mall ever since I was a kid. I remember when they used to have Picadilly's and my mum would take my siblings to eat several times. I wouldn't leave my belongings out in the open anywhere and not even in a richer neighbourhood, but looks to some are everything. Great shops and friendly people. There's always a parking spot, so no worries on that one. If you want you can waste your time in traffic around Baybrook, go ahead, I'll be getting my walk on at Almeda!
