This store is gross! Watching people steal in plain sight. No control of children running around. Merchandise is all mixed up with the wrong tags. I needed a new coat; so off to Burlington I went. It was a bit more tedious than I had expected because there were so many to choose from and that particular section during that time was not as organized as it could have been.But as always I was able to find just what I was looking for. They have everything! And the section with the cosmetics and the lotions and such, you find the best deals in that section. The only drawback is the lines are so long at checkout and sometimes the wait can be extremely long. But if you don't mind a wait in the line to pay then I would definitely suggest going here for anything you may need, even spices and teas. I love this place! read more

Well, let me first admit that I am not an expert clothing shopper. Most of my life, I have disliked clothes shopping. I'm an Aquarius, and have had little to zero interest in name brands and trends, preferring to make clothes, get something unique at thrift shops, or just buy and wear very simple things. I'm low- key more interested in clothes now, and find myself occasionally needing clothes for activities that involve socializing or working with conventional and mainstream people. Due to those needs, I stumbled into this Burlington and have had several great shopping experiences and was pleasantly surprised! I think they have a lot of cute and interesting clothes here for reasonable prices and the clothing often fits me well. I am tall - 5'9, so that is an important thing- clothes long enough for tall women! Also, I am personally and morally offended by expensive clothing. The clothes here carry prices that I think clothes should cost. I think it is what people are calling "fast fashion". they have name brands here that cost less than they would at another store. I was asking the cashier why the clothing here is so inexpensive- is it slightly imperfect- like at outlet stores? He told me the clothes are perfectly fine, and they are cheap because the factory produced more than the expensive store could sell, so Burlington buys the excess inventory. Okay. The people who work here are polite and nice. I always find interesting items that I want to buy. They have lots of other things besides clothes too. They have a survey invitation on the receipt. If you take the survey, you are entered into a drawing to win $1000. I actually won one of those (at Kroger) once, so it may be worth the three minute time investment; I usually memorize the name of a cool employee so I can give them a shout out on the receipt survey later. This is the newest location that opened up several months ago, they closed up shop at Fiesta Plaza and moved further down Buford Hwy. The lighting is brighter here the home selection seems smaller but the selection in kitchen department is larger. Plenty of mens clothes, decent shoe department and some cute dresses can be plucked from the racks here. read more

COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE! Why is it that every single time I come into this store, it is clean and organized whereas some of its counterparts are just the opposite? Apparently consistency is not a problem here and they obviously have a very competent and committed management team. Literally everywhere you look, there is nothing but organization and cleanliness which I LOVE!! Now this location is no where near my physical address in Alpharetta. However, when it comes to stores stepping up and doing a great job of keeping their stores in impeccable order, I am willing to make that drive. I will certainly pass on a store that is consistently messy and unclean giving off the impression that they just don't care for one that screams "We care about our customers!!". I tip my hat to the entire team at this store because every single department looks great and this takes a team effort. After reading all the bad reviews, I reluctantly went to this shop on Wednesday night (11/6 @ around 8pm). They have good selections of winter stuff. They were fairly busy but the staff were very helpful and didn't have to wait long to checkout, there were 5 cashiers open. I didn't find everything I was looking for but I bought couple items which I really like. read more

I love this place. They have the best skirts. I was in here last week and got in at 10:30. They close at 11. While i was in there they start getting on the intercom to make closing announcements. Every closing announcement they would state the time as like 6 minutes ahead. I was just trying on the skirts over my leggings. As i was heading up to the front with my purchases at 10:57 i briefly stopped to look at a pair of pants on my way up. There was a young girl and she said "ma'am were closed, you can come back tomorrow morning at 9 when we reopen, but we're closed at this time." I just looked at her. And she was like "ma'am please head to the front to check out before our registers are closed." I was literally pulling a pair of pants off the rack to look, that was it. I replied to her that I knew they were closing in 3 minutes that I had heard all 6 closing announcements from the moment i walked in. I will continue to shop here but staff members need proper training on providing exceptional customer service. Mgmt. Please do better and implement quarterly staff training. Thanks! read more
