Absolutely horrible experience. Avoid…read more I placed an online order with this company for 7 bags - met their online minimum. A partial order shipped in a timely manner, but did not include all of the items I had ordered. My order consisted of very specific styles and colors. When I called to inquire why I was not contacted when my order would be short items - first the customer service girl said "she could not help me" and I would need to speak with the shipping department. I could hear "the manager" in the background saying "have her talk to shipping, give her shippings number".... she then proceed to give me the shipping persons number, and said that even though he is "busy" that he would answer my call." The shipping number I called is: 770-454-6690. I called the number she gave me, and after a re-explaining my issue, the man basically said, it was too bad, and there was nothing he could do, and its not their policy to call customers if there is an issue with their order- as they are 'too busy' to contact customers. After requesting a return of the partial order I had received (i needed all of the bags, or none) he ended the call abruptly by telling me to "take it up with your credit card" and hung up. This is horrible customer service, particularly for a company that is looking to wholesale their bags to other businesses, or bulk purchasers.
