Another thing is that on my receipt it clearing reads,"If you aren't satisfied with your product, then you can exchange or return it for a full refund." The employees are really picky about which product you can return.. they gave me a really bad attitude when I told them that my water bottle was leaking and my shirt had a hole in it.. it wasn't my fault either. I had no problems three years ago.. I told them it was their quality of the clothes. There were two ladies working at the time, and they kept whispering to each other and rolling their eyes. I was there with my mom and brother.. and we felt really uncomfortable! Anyone have any suggestion what I should do about this situation? This location is great and the group of gals that work there are allllll so friendly. No pushy sales over there! They genuinely care about your shopping experience. It's not like any ol boutique. It's also set up very friendly to be able to walk around, with wide sidewalks all around so even with a lot of traffic in and out you don't feel caught in the middle of it. We came around Christmas which was crazy busy but once we were able to find a parking spot (which was a little rough) it felt totally fine walking here and there. They also have a few niche businesses here too, like an Asian toy store, a botox store and eye clinic. Tons of options, plus all the restaurants and a small food hall to sit in.

They've helped numerous times when I needed a last minute outfit for an event or for work. I've heard them compliment certain items when someone tries them on (it could be a sales tactic idk). I remember a woman came in while I was shopping; she was looking for a swim suit for her vacation. They worked with her to find the one that accentuates her curves and doesn't make her feel bad about herself. They made me want to get a suit and I don't even need one! And they're honest. Sometimes I just want a basic blouse without all of the skulls, eyes, or Disney characters. But unfortunately, Torrid is owned by Hot Topic, so you may have to search a little harder or try a different store. But, I honestly like the staff and the layout here.
