I simply said ok but I knew that wasn't true. I figured I would leave a review and see if anyone from management would respond to confirm or deny. I had just pulled out of the parking lot and I received a phone call from management saying the girl made a mistake and I my merchandise is refundable. Because I had put two items back, once I was told I couldn't possibly return, I went to pick those items back up. The manager was very kind about it and offered me an additional discount for my inconvenience. Bella the lady at the register, hid behind the clothes instead of coming out to apologize for outright lying to our faces. The manager apologized for her which I thought was juvenile. You were so confident that I don't get to return if I get the military discount. Now you're hiding instead of ladying up and saying my apologies, that was a mistake. My daughter thought it was a bit racist (Bella's behavior that is) she's convinced that would not have been told to a white woman. Smh

This amazing store specializes in true vintage ranging from 1940's fashion to 1980's. At the front of the store is where you'll find some of their older pieces, however if you are looking for something "newer" they have a nice selection of 80s Levis and other leather jackets towards the back of the store. I usually don't like to shop at vintage stores because I don't have the patience for it, but this store was so uniquely curated and everything was placed in an order that didn't feel overwhelming. My friend and I were able to find some very unique piece and during the process fell in love with the staff working there. Besides clothing, they also have a lot of vintage accessories as well as home decor. Last but definitely not least, they have an amazing selection of cowboy boots for men. I can't wait to bring back my husband and get him a new pair of boots at this store!

There's tons of mannequins brilliantly styled in incredible pieces. A fabulous collection of vintage wedding gowns. Fur coats. Negligées. Stunning hats and scarves and shoes. I discovered a gorgeous deep purple shoulder bag/purse from the 60s while Jon found a 1970s-era button up with tiny rainbow colored pinstripes. We're both really excited about our new pieces! I feel I'd need a special occasion lined up to justify buying most of the dresses and hats I admired, at least until I'm ready (and wealthy enough) to exclusively dress in vintage pieces. In the meantime I'm happy with purchasing a single treasure every now and again. The woman working during our visit was lovely and kind and I could tell she enjoys her work and this beautiful shop. The person working at the store was friendly and welcoming when I came in. When I told her I was just checking stores out she told me to make myself at home and let her know is I have any questions. As I looked around I noticed several artistically made items. From a set of glasses made from Topo-Chico bottles to handmade Chap Stick, this place had a nice variety of items to choose from. I also noticed while I was there that this place offers arts and crafts classes right in the middle of the store. I honestly have never had such a disappointing shopping experience in my life. My 4 year old and I…read morewent to this location to shop for a spring/summer restock. We had multiple items in our shopping cart, with the intention of trying on. Mid shop, my son needs to use the restroom. We walk to where the public bathrooms *used to be*, and to our surprise they are locked with a paper sign saying "no public restrooms". (There is not a public restroom area outside of this strip mall.) I ask the associate if they can make an exception, due to it being a child and them not being any immediate alternative options. She asked her lead, who asked the GM. This entire process took about 8 minutes. After waiting, the lead came to me to decline access with no suggestions on where to go. I scoop my son up and stop at the check out to see if they know of anywhere to go, and that is when my son has an accident. Old Navy, keep your restrooms up to code or post on the FRONT ENTRANCE door if your restrooms are not available. If they aren't up to standard for your customers to use, it should be allowed for your employees. Families spending a lengthy time in your store would love to know that BEFORE putting stuff in their cart. It's a shame you wouldn't make an accommodation for a young child. Guess you'd rather make your employees clean up bodily fluids on your unswept floors
