I felt compelled to jump in, asked the lady why she doesn't make an effort to speak Spanish if it's such a huge problem for her living here in Florida. Folks, Spanish was the first language spoken in Florida. If you can't assmiliate to the land and its historical legacy, plus the fact we live among large Cuban, Puerto Rican, Mexican, and other South American communities, then perhaps Alabama would be more suitable for you.

It is clear there is a severe lack of leadership and management oversight here. ​We walked throughout the entire store and noticed how incredibly messy parts of it are, especially down the aisles. The toy department, in particular, was in complete disarray. It wasn't just cluttered; there was a shocking amount of opened and stolen merchandise, including: ​Numerous ripped-open packages with the contents completely missing. ​Empty boxes and packaging hidden intentionally behind fully stocked items on the shelves. ​Discarded trash and scattered toys making the aisles difficult to navigate. ​What made the experience worse was the complete lack of customer service. There were virtually no employees present on the floor to help customers. The few staff members we did encounter were gathered in two or three separate pods, speaking in Spanish amongst themselves and completely absorbed in their mobile phones. Even when we got to the self-checkout lanes, the employees stationed there were entirely focused on their personal phones rather than assisting shoppers or monitoring the area. ​This isn't just a stocking issue--it is a major loss-prevention failure and a total breakdown of basic store standards. It is incredibly frustrating to shop at a location that feels entirely abandoned by its leadership. I hope local management steps up to address the lack of supervision, secure their inventory, and ensure their staff is actually engaged and available to help paying customers.

I haven't been to this Planet Fitness or any of the other shops. The mall does have entrances on to Del Prado but none with traffic lights. Use caution when crossing. This shopping center does have quite a lot of landscaping but very little shade. Just be aware of people walking around and keep valuables out of site when parking. 24 March 2026…read more Took time out of my busy day of doing nothing and decided to fill that gap in my clothes closet with a few new shirts and a pair of trousers. By golly it must have been my lucky day ( a week after St. Paddy's Day ) cuz every item that I purchased was on sale or sold at a discount Mama would be proud. She always looked for sales. I've shopped here before but thought I'd write a quick review this time. Kohl's is everything you'd expect in a department store. Something for everyone. Being a man I avoided the intimate apparel section and went straight to the Hombres section. I needed a new pair of pants more than anything. Something in a darker brown. Found it almost immediately and in my size. Told you it was my lucky day . Next I wandered over to the section where polo shirts were for sale. I purchased 3 new shirts in various colors. The aisles are wide and clean and easy to navigate. Not too many customers today but a huge parking lot outside to accommodate customers when necessary. Okay, time to resume my busy day of doing nothing. Boredom sure is fun. Today I got to spend time AND money to plug the hole in the middle of my day. Ciao Ciao for now See ya in my next review.

The woman running the fitting room today acted like a drill sergeant. She also counted two matching sets as two items each and told me I had to leave one item outside the dressing room. That would mean trying everything on, getting dressed again, and coming back out for the last piece. The funny part is the sets are connected by the tag, so you can't even separate them to try them on individually. If they're going to count sets as multiple items, they should at least tag them so people can actually try them on separately.

Parking is good with enough so that the tenants with more customers are a bit spread out. Good lighting but the landscaping can block some view from the street so be aware. At 8:55 an associate found me and told me I had to leave immediately as the doors were going to lock. I still had 5 minutes left to shop. Unfortunately, they lost about $300 in sales as I laid everything down and walked out. I refuse to return to this location. So much for customer service! If you ever need anything and are in a hurry, do not shop this location. Obviously, them getting out on time is much more important than ringing up their customers.
