The parking lot is in excellent condition and there are multiple street lights though I've never been here at night. SR 31 is located to the east and is one of the exits to the shopping center. SR 31 is a major road (not as major as SR-80) and has the bridge over the Caloosahatchee River. As such, there is a lot of traffic and any time there are a lot of people, there is a lot of opportunity for bad people. She didn't know anything, but informed him the manager role he was interviewing for was already FILLED and she didn't understand why the store mgr is still interviewing and wasting people's time. Just to name drop a couple of the stores The Nike Factory, Polo Ralph Lauren, Saks Off 5th Ave, Guess and Adidas plus many more. There are just too many stores to name. With so many stores, you could easily spend an entire day shopping here. Atmosphere and Amenities Fountains throughout the center add to the pleasant atmosphere, and some even contain live fish. Benches are available, although I would welcome more seating as shaded areas were hard to find. I also wish there were more directories to help visitors navigate the property. Dining Options When you need a break from shopping, there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, including Ford's Garage, Naples Flatbread, and Rusty's Raw Bar & Grill just to name a few. Parking and Location Parking is easy, with large lots surrounding the buildings. I also heard that charging stations are available nearby. WTH? I asked why and she said I didn't put the heavy stuff up front which is how it should be bagged (so it's first in the cart and lighter stuff on top.) This was so inconvenient and slow that I told her, I'll figure it out and to not worry about it. When she started bagging my meats separately, I said, "don't worry about doing that, I don't need a lot of extra bags." So she began putting A TON of stuff in each bag so that there was literally no handles left to pick up the bags. This is just ONE damn thing I'm pissed off about at Walmart today. At 8:55 an associate found me and told me I had to leave immediately as the doors were going to lock. I still had 5 minutes left to shop. Unfortunately, they lost about $300 in sales as I laid everything down and walked out. I refuse to return to this location. So much for customer service! If you ever need anything and are in a hurry, do not shop this location. Obviously, them getting out on time is much more important than ringing up their customers.
