Our septic had backed up and overflowed and after handling all the damage control we needed someone to come and pump. Now, a little background here. I have experience working with contractors and handymen on 2 continents, and I have been fighting the Yelp battle for good service for over a year now, whilst I tried to get my house ready to sell. Also, keep in mind that this was the last week of the year, and most businesses were shutdown for the holidays. That being said, and this is going to sound funny, but it was the people who pumped my septic who gave me the best customer service I've ever received. No joke. Andrea (who handles the appointments over the phone) was warm, personable, and SO very considerate. She said they were pretty well booked, but when I explained my emergency, she somehow managed to fit me in just before the weekend! She kept me updated every step of the way. When Austin (hope I got his name right) arrived, he was the ideal of what everyone who hires a contractor hopes arrives at their home. He was on time, courteous, professional, friendly. He dug up the holes without any complaint. (Which wasn't easy, as I was his fourth customer of the day, and there were roots like you wouldn't believe.) And he chatted with me like we were old friends while he took extra time to rinse out the effluent tank. They really are just a small family, business, I found out, who own the truck and decided to go into this line of work after their own septic 'refunded' on them. TLDR: All in all, DFW Septic did everything right, and I only wish they were in a different line of work, so I could call upon their services more often!

I was unable to be here due to working, however, my wife met them here. The guys told her they needed to use our water to run into our tank to "mix up" the sludge in order to pump it out. I always thought a self contained truck could do that. Well, they were here about 30 minutes for a 500 gallon single tank. After they left, a day or two later, we noticed water backing up from the tank. I called again, spoke to the very nice lady, and she thought we may have a 2nd tank and sent the guys back out to locate, and if found, pump it out. They, according to my cameras and neighbor, were here maybe 10 minutes, stuck a rod in the ground a few times, and said no tank, nothing they could do. My tank has been backing up ever since they "pumped" it, and is now over half full of solids. There are only 2 people that live in this house. No one can get rid of that much poop in that little time. They told me I would need a whole new system, but that they don't install or even have cameras to check system for clogs or anything. I'm upset that I paid to have a service that was not completed properly. I now have to pay another company to come out to do this correctly. Although the lady was nice, I would not recommend this company.

We called this company on numerous occasions and finally got thru. We were quoted $95 per camp…read moretrailer and the third was free to dump. We have 3 trailers on a piece of land. They came out the first time and only had to dump 2 trailers. They came out the second time and the driver was kind of rude, but he dumped 2 camp trailers and a caddy. He suggested that we schedule this on Thursdays. This was news to us, no one said anything to us until now, so we just thought it a suggestion?! Planning a dump schedule in a trailer is hard to do, unless your tank sensor is always working right! Anyways, we called later for a third time, but they stated they would be raising the rate to $120 per trailer and they would charge an Emergency fee of $25 if we didn't schedule for Thursday! We asked if the Emergency fee could be waived and the lady in the office stated she would ask the owner and would call us back. We get a phone call from the owner who stated that they removed us from their schedule completely and that we would have to find someone else to dump out trailers! I think they may be mad because they didn't get the job installing our septic tanks on the new houses! They never returned that phone call when we needed an estimate, so we went with someone else! Not worth the time or effort...
