I had a rat infestation in my house for about a month. I tried catching them myself but only got a couple and decided to hire the professionals. Seth took care to make sure all entrances to my house were sealed and answered various questions I had regarding the rats. As of today all of the rats are gone and I am very happy. My only complaint is the front desk not booking me properly. I had to call multiple times to confirm and book appointments. A couple appointments I told them to book me for a couple hours because I still heard rat activity midway through the process, but the front desk waved me off and booked me for a 30 minute "trap check" appointment. However, when Seth came for those appointments he took his time and spent multiple hours at my house on several occasions sealing more entrances and setting more traps. Very happy with the workers but I think the process could have been sped up if the front desk had booked the workers properly and in a more timely fashion.

Chris agreed to this. Only the second day he called me to tell them that he had misplaced my check and to request a new check. After that day he just left me a paper saying that he was there servicing the site. I called Chris and left messages in his voice mail to call me before he started the service. Last day he left me a note saying "cut one gopher". I called the office I complained because Chris didn't call me nor showed me the cut animal and the lady that answered the phone said that this is not their standard procedure. The lady was rather rude and I assume she must be the owner because she was very defensive and would not acknowledge my complaint which was that Chris didn't honor our agreement of calling me every time he came to the home and didn't show me the cut animal. The gopher holes kept increasing in my yard. So, I stopped the service. I do not recommend this company.
