I echo what others have said about the providers booking out pretty far but for any emergencies (re skin cancer), they've been able to fit me in. I've been seeing Dr. Bryn Marsh for 5+ years now and cannot say enough good things about my experience with her. She listens and is attentive, offers various solutions and is open to trying new things as I navigate very acne and skin cancer prone skin. I see her for everything from biopsies to skin checks to Botox. Lots of turnover with the PAs but never had a bad experience. I also saw Dr. Pusey while on Accutane due to scheduling conflicts with Dr. Marsh and she was equally as attentive, calm and knowledgeable. Robin (who helps schedules Mohs surgery) is one of the kindest people ever. She is so sweet, level-headed and explains things extremely well. Ann in billing is amazing and really works with you and your insurance. The front desk had a lot of turnover recently and due to the learning curve, was charging me (and my partner who sees Dr. Fender) for wrong things or wrong amounts, and Ann remedied it for both of us quickly and effectively after we called. The only negative experience I had was with Dr. Walter for a chemical peel. Without getting into too much detail, I felt dismissed, talked down to and as though normal post-op questions from a first time peel patient were a waste of his time. I will not book with him again, but am extremely happy with the other providers at Hill Center so hasn't deterred me from going back.

Her neck became so inflamed that she returned one week later to be sure this was normal; she was told it was. After 7 weeks of excruciating pain, 2 trips to the hospital with complaints of dizziness, cloudy-head, confusion, unable to walk steady and so uncomfortable that she pulled away from her family and friends due to depression, we finally went for another opinion. The other dermatologist was HORRIFIED that Dr. Neyman prescribed these two drugs concurrently and had my mom stop taking them immediately. This office has no clue how to work with elderly patients. I am asking for a week for gout medicine for a week, the staff always acts put upon to do anything and just says they forwarded it to her "team". 9 days later, nothing but pain for 9 days. They closed for months due to a shooting there. Likely occurred because they make everything a pain in the ass. Now they are pressuring everyone to come in to pay themselves. Blood pressure meds strictly allocated, no pain meds because 60 year old men are drug addicts. This lady cares only about revenue for the office and her liability insurance. Patient health and wellness is a distant 3rd.

Rather than just saying because you're allergic to bee venom we can't inject Juvederm she asked me a bunch of questions. I've had Botox here recently. All of my allergies are listed in my file. I asked why they made the appointment knowing that. She told me the person who gave me Botox noted she had discussed the bee venom allergy. We never had that conversation because I wasn't even considering Juvederm. Again, if that were the case I wouldn't have made the appointment and Rejuvenate shouldn't have made the appointment. If you're reading this and you're allergic to bee venom it's not the Juvederm it's the enzyme hyaluroniidase that is used if they need to break down the Juvederm. If you don't like the results or in rare cases a vascular occlusion. I have an appointment with a doctor for Juvederm. Don't believe that because you're allergic to bee venom you absolutely can't get Juvederm. Do some research. Kelsey let me know she didn't want an incident/problem like that on her resume. Rejuvenate should have this information on their website. So like me you don't waste your time.

In late 2013, my dermatologist attempted to remove what we both suspected was a sebaceous cyst near…read moremy left eyebrow. During the surgical procedure she indicated that it was not a cyst and far too involved so she referred me to Dr. Popham. In January 2014, he attempted to remove the mass, claiming that he couldn't remove it all. When the biopsy came back from the lab, we met and he informed me that the results indicated that it was a very rare sarcoma (DFSP) and that if I wanted it removed completely, I would need to see a MOS surgeon. Since this may result in the loss of my left eye, left eyelid and or the removal of my sinuses he recommended having periodic MRI's to monitor the spread. From 2013 until 2017 I had biannual MRI's and fortunately the mass had not spread. I recently had cataract surgery and noticed a small lump directly below the DFSP surgical scar and was referred to an ENT specialist would ordered an MRI. I just received the results and there is no sign of metastasis. As it turns out, the Veterans Administration has confirmed that this sarcoma is directly related to exposure to Agent Orange during my tour of duty in Vietnam. I cannot find the words to express my satisfaction with Dr. Popham but will say I am over the moon with the results of his surgical expertise.
