Use to be a good PT practice. I saw Johnny since 2015 and since he moved in 2026 it appears that they use only traveling physical therapists. Patty is still there who is wonderful but the rest are here today, gone tomorrow, including the office staff. Gave me an exercise sheet with another patients name on it violating HPPA and caused me several months delay in my recovery as she must of thought I was that person and the exercises prescribed were way to advance after being fresh out of surgery. Look elsewhere! read more

Johnny has moved moved out of town and sadly missed. Patty is still there and wonderful. They seem to now depend on traveling therapists and change front office staff often- not sure if they travel around as well. Would not recommend unless you can get in with Patty. read more

This is an excellent local business providing superior rehab care in a welcoming environment. 5 stars to Dave and Christina.

It's so nice to have skilled physical therapists close to home. The owners and PTs, Patty and Johnny, are fantastic. Each assisted me with recovery from an injury or surgery. I was highly satisfied with the results of the therapy and exercises -- got me to the level of function I desired. They are very knowledgeable and caring. read more

Evergreen Physical Therapy Specialists were recommended to me for orthotics. I was thrilled that I could get replacement orthotics locally. Sadly not so. They don't measure your feet - it's all done by trial and error. The orthotics that I ended up with are really hard, not padded enough, and hurt my feet whenever I tried to wear them. When I complained that they were hurting me, the person I worked with said I should wear them for a few hours, then take a break, then wear them for a few more hours the next day, etc. "until I got used to them." I've worn orthotics for years and never have I had to "get used to them." They fit and felt good immediately. I never "got used to them" and asked them for my $300 back. I was told I couldn't have a refund because they couldn't use the orthotics with anyone else. Guess what, I can't use the orthotics either! So here I am, out $300 and with no usable orthotics. I expect these folks are good physical therapists, but don't go here to get orthotics. read more

I had a partial left shoulder replacement. Evergreen Physical Therapy was the closest place to my house (45 minutes away) that was on the list of therapists my surgeon told me to choose from. I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. John was excellent and payed super close attention to my progress. He spent a lot of time just stretching my shoulder. I never felt uncomfortable or concerned; John seemed to know exactly how far he could stretch it. I have full range of motion, which I didn't have prior to my surgery. I had my right shoulder replaced 10 years ago and saw a different physical therapist back then. I thought that therapist was ok but have learned that wasn't the case. I have way more range of motion in my left shoulder than my right shoulder. I feel that is all how John approached things. I am a rock climber and have had many people ask me about climbing after the surgery. My shoulder causes no limitations. I tell all of the people that ask that the right physical therapist is as important, if not more so, than the right surgeon. I definitely got lucky and got the right physical therapist. Even though there are many physical therapists between my house and Evergreen, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else if I needed to more therapy for anything. I have 100% confidence in John and the staff at Evergreen Physical Therapy. read more

The best PT experience I've had. I would definitely recommend. I had a knee replacement and was going to a different place that I hated. I changed to Evergreen PT at 8 weeks postop. They've taken great care of me. If you are in the Evergreen Foothills area, please check them out! read more

The therapy was okay. On my first visit they told me a specific dollar amount that it would be every visit, and I was totally fine with that. I was totally shocked when I got the bill and it was way more per visit than they had said (I didn't get a bill until I had already had five visits). I called to find out why it was at least double and most of the time triple the amount they had told me. They were really not interested in working with me on the billing. In the end they just knocked off one charge for a service they didn't even provide me. I will never be returning with so many other options out there. read more

This facility is incredible. I started my physical therapy approximately 3 weeks ago and I have seen amazing improvements in my condition. Danielle is one of the most organized and intelligent therapists I have ever dealt with. Her ability to pinpoint what works best for me is spot on. I have nothing but good things to say about all the personnel here and the prevailing attitude they present. read more

I am 6 weeks postop of an ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. I am so glad I found this place. My PT is Johnny and he is awesome at his job. The entire staff is great. All the people at the front desk are always super friendly when I walk in. The gym is always very clean as well as the PT rooms. In reference to another review about the pricing - my insurance is out of network so I pay per visit and I was given a price over the phone before my first visit and every visit is the same price whether I am there for 45 minutes or 2.5 hours. They take great care of people and all the patients there seem happy to me when we chat on the bikes. I am moving to Denver soon and I plan to make the drive back up for every visit because I enjoy coming here. read more

Never thought to review this place until now. Went here about 8 months a few years back, much better than army facilities! Maybe the bar was set a bit low for me but I think this place was pretty comfortable and people were friendly, always good vibes. My therapist is gone but all the staff I interacted with were professional and pleasant, and while the space is somewhat small, it's cozy and they don't seem to crowd it with patients. read more
