A friend and I were driving to see a play. The producers encouraged 'bringing a picnic' and we both weren't feeling like making a real foodie situation on this particular day. I was hunting online and saw this location conveniently on the road.We were driving to get there. My friend is vegan and it is peak raspberry and walla walla onion season. Hello... perfect. I really didn't have expectations... but my friend was a bit, 'off'... you know, when you ask your friend a question you thought you said in complete english and they act like you were speaking in Klingon? She basically started asking me to ask the person (it's after 6pm) if they have hash browns and waffle fries and other things that are not seasonal or at the right time. She just wanted potatoes in any form available causing a lot of orders correcting. But... tucked into out order?? Hash browns... that sweetheart completely didn't have to do that but my friend - it seriously made her day. She'd been having a rough couple days and was finally getting out of the house so that sweet nod was so kind. For the record, a walla walla onion burger was exactly what I needed for my 'picnic' and was so delicious with a raspberry lemonade... we managed to get there a half hour before closing on our way back out. I wanted a raspberry sundae and she wanted onion rings. read more

We came through as this is a staple. It was good however I like or favor thicker burgers so it was okay for me. The BV spread was yummy. I ordered the double cheeseburger but as you can see it's more lettuce than burger. Service was okay the female who took our order seemed very down and barely spoke read more

I've been going to Burgerville for 40 some years and it's really going Downhill . Had to repeat my order 4 times!! And I had to wait, which I don't mind, if the food is worth it ! But to be given over cooked and uncooked food No!! read more

My son and I were coming back from the Oregon coast and heading to his place to drop him off. At some point, we decided to stop for a fast food lunch and Burgerville was our first choice. Counter service was friendly and efficient, and our order was delivered to our table quickly. Our burger combo choices were plentiful and reasonably tasty. My question was how expense fast food choices had become. David had the Large Basket (Colossal Burger, Large Fries and a Hazelnut Shake), while I went for a Double Cheeseburger, Regular Fries, and Lemonade. The total (with a modest tip) was $37.32. Wow. read more

First of all, the person at the drive-thru did a great job. Unfortunately, lunch was gross. The fish sandwich consisted of two little pieces of cod that looked and tasted old, and a leaf of sad, brown lettuce. This came smashed down in paper. They didn't include the lemon wedges I asked for (which the drive-thru person did include on my order), and the 3 Walla Walla onion rings were not like they used to be. It seemed like the outer skins of the onion were used. What has happened to Burgerville? People aren't going to keep paying their higher prices for this. read more

The service here is above and beyond. For fast food, you get a sit down restaurant experience, which is impressive. The manager checked on us several times and let us keep our strawberry shortcakes in the freezer til we were ready for them. The shortcakes are is favorite menu item! Thank you, Burgerville! I hope this positive review helps people to know this is a great spot. read more

Long reddish hair in my hamburger along with dill pickle butter with stem. What a sickening experience having these thing's in my food and mouth. It's not only assaulting but on the edge of assault. You folks should be ashamed of yourselves. Have pictures and receipt Owner /manager! read more

Burgerville is not a go to spot for me but I wanted to try the fried green beans so we went. The green beans are good and unique but best split with someone. I had the pepper chicken burger and was impressed. The chicken wasn't dried out and the peppers were sautéed but not mushy. They still bring the food to you, but are slower than an a run of the mill fast food joint. Servers were nice to us! read more

So bummed because a couple weeks ago I got waffle fries here and they were nice and crisp and absolutely delicious... today I went to get more and they didn't have them anymore so I tried their sweet potato fries and they were absolutely awful; soggy, but somehow also overcooked, heat lamp/barely warm fries read more

I always hate having to "update" a review. But I must change my original opinion - the staff has changed - most notably the manager, Sally. This manager needs to do something where she doesn't have to interact with the public. Burgerville "lost" my app order. I tried to show it to them, but this manager intentionally tried to make me angry by taking an approach that she didn't care and I was bothering her. She accused me of lying, trying to create a fraud to steal 4 hamburgers, even though I had the order on my screen. Her exact words: "Anyone could of made that up". My issue here is that I believe I was profiled by her and this is actually a case of religious discrimination. I have tried to contact the corporate office in Vancouver by phone, letter and finally with the help of the Better Business Bureau. Now I understand why Burgerville has "D-" rating with the BBB, they failed to respond at all. It's too bad - Burgerville is a northwest icon that I have gone to since I moved here in 2001. Most locations don't act like this. It is my opinion that this manager, Sally, is a bigot, and that it seems the corporate management either doesn't care, or more scarry, may actually support her bigotry. I've attached a picture of my phone and the screen Sally accused me of faking. read more

For me Burgerville has lost its thrill. This location is no different. Its a slide downhill. Prices have gone up and burger size seems to have gone down. Its down on bun quality also. The shakes seem to be smaller and just not made as well as in the past. A lot of locations went through over hauls during Covid. They also seem to have changed suppliers. For the worse for the customer. This location no longer does inside seating so you would think the drive through would be mastered. Difficulty hearing me and me hearing them. Started off on the wrong foot.Service was ok. Enough with the tip inspired card machine. Who is tipping at a drive through? The machine is annoying. It took longer than usual to get my order it was just me no special order just cod fish sandwich basket Both the fires and the sandwich were medium at best. Not hot but not cold. Seemed like it was coming fresh off the grill so no idea why. Still decent just not worth $15. They need to do something to get me to come back. read more

Burgerville to me so far has always been worth paying a little more for. The food is better quality for a fast food spot. I love that they offer turkey burgers. I wish they had different sauces. The ranch here is awful. They should add a fry sauce. I've been to this location 3 times. Every time through the drive thru only. Service is always nice and food is always fresh. read more

Today I went in to try their breakfast. The fly but app didn't work but I hate that app anyways as it fails often. I just pre ordered my breakfast and ran in to get it. Super friendly customer service and breakfast was ok, I will definitely try something else next time but glad breakfast is back. I didn't love the bacon biscuit but I did love that it had a hashbrown on it. I don't normally love bacon biscuits anyways but excited to try a bowl or burrito next time. read more

I'm not sure why Burgerville gets such poor ratings on Yelp, but for a drive-thru burger restaurant it is better than almost all of them with taste, service, speed, and quality. This is the first time my husband and I have never eaten at Burgerville. The drive thru moved quickly, the employees are friendly, and our order was correct. I can't comment on the ambiance since we ordered drive through. First of all, the menu has a good variety of items, including seasonal options. We got a root beer to drink, a bacon burger meal with fries and ranch, as well as a 3 piece tender. The burgers were fresh and flavorful with all fresh ingredients and was definitely a step up from a burger that you would expect to get from a fast food restaurant. The fries were crispy and fresh. The chicken tenders were hot, fresh, are real white meat chicken and not processed, pressed meat. We would definitely eat here again if we are in the area. Rating from F to A+++, we give it an A+++! read more

I hate leaving negative reviews. I also realize this is a fast food joint. I usually do not frequent them to often, but usually Burgerville is one that does not disappoint, and one that I can actually stomach. Well not today. This was one of the worst ones I have been to. Not as far as service, that was fine. How ever they could stand to improve their intercom system so that they can hear somebody. My huge complaint is the food. I took a bite of my original cheeseburger, which should have secret sauce on it. Which it did, just barely. I would have loved to have had a cheeseburger to go along with all of that ketchup, and extra salt that was added to the cheeseburgers. They were pretty much almost not edible. I was not very happy, especially when I was already half way to Woodburn at this point. I do not think I will be stopping by this particular Burgerville again. It would have been also nice to see the special sauce, rather than ketchup. read more

I can NOT believe the "bait and switch" pricing that went on with the fish & chips... $11 for a 3 piece; I guess not so bad. However, no pricing for the 4 or 5 piece. Then BAM! 5 piece.. $23 bucks WHAT? Are they going to the river and getting the 2 extra pieces there for you ? fish & chips 5 piece yes, you read that right $23 dollars no drink; no see you in the morning, just 5 measly pieces of fish and some fries. Thank heavens they were at least decent tasting, I can't even say fantastic just decent. All I can say is do it to me once... shame on me! read more

So much to like and not to like .... Seasonal specials are fun and delicious. Food is generally a step above other similar options. But the price is crazy ! If I get a burger , fries and a coke it's about 17 bucks .... The burger is always room temperature..... fries are always a small a$$ portion...shakes are good but small as well . read more

Tip?? I think not. Ordered "32oz" (said those exact words) drink. Gave us a 16oz. Ordered 3 meals (fish/chips and chicken strips) that come with dipping sauce, Ordered extra sauce. NO sauce in bag. Zero. No napkins. Didn't offer ketchup for fries. Will not go back. Gave 2 stars because the food was fresh and hot but without sauce, not enjoyable to eat. read more

Burgers here were surprisingly good. I had to try this out before we headed back to California and this was next to the hotel we were staying in. I ordered the Pepper Bacon burger and it did not disappoint at all. I like the flavor of the bun and the cheese (can't go wrong with the locally-made tillamook cheese). My son ordered the Wild Alaskan Halibut and fries and they came out surprisingly tasty and crispy as well. Drive thru was the only option to order and the entire wait was about 25 min since we had about 4 cars in front of us. We'll be going back again for sure since the motel we'll be staying at again (Travelodge) is right next door. read more

UPDATE: Burgerville was very responsive to my complaint, they were apologetic and empathetic. I will give them another chance. Moved them from 2 to 3 stars. Extremely Disappointed. Ordered 2 fish and chips and a double cheeseburger. I wanted to make sure the food was hot when I got home so I ordered on the app in their parking lot. Food was brought out 10 minutes after the "ready" time and this was only after I called the restaurant. Mind you, I had to download another app to let them know I was there, which I did and did let the app know I was there. The food was lukewarm at best, fries were horribly over cooked and the double cheeseburger was so over cooked it was difficult to eat. They charge a premium price which used to be for a premium product and the last two times here it is just way overpriced below average food. read more

I find myself eating at Burgerville more than I should... I just love their classic cheeseburger and at $2.05 it's the perfect little on the go snack/lunch. Small party, sauce, American cheese.. done right. It's rare that the drive through ever takes more than a few minutes. Another favorite here is the Tillamook cheeseburger and the French fries. The shakes are tasty but I tend to avoid the extra calories. Overall it's a step up from average fast food. read more

The food was good. We had fish and chips for 2. We also had 2 sodas and one side of onion rings. Fries don't come withe food. The cost was about $45.00. I can't believe we paid that much in a fast food restaurant for 2 dinners. read more

Absolutely hideous food and it was completely wrong, one small hamburger, one fish sandwich and two small fires..... $28.00 US dollars and the order was wrong.... Came here at 2pm on a Sunday and it was packed. Food was really good but the wait took a long time so if your looking for something quick might want to try somewhere else. I like how all the food is fresh, never frozen, and antibiotic free. They also have a good variety as well. I got the American colossal burger with pepper bacon, a strawberry shake, and regular fries. It was delicious. Next time I'd like to try the asparagus, onion rings, or sweet potatoes but they weren't in season or sold out. read more

Burgerville is always my go-to when I visit home, because there is nothing like it anywhere else! Burgerville uses products from local farmers only in the Pacific Northwest. It always gives me assurance when eating my favorite Adzuki Bean Burger that my purchase helps support local farmers and that the ingredients are always local and fresh. The prices are a bit overrated, however also sensible since so much care is put into the food to ensure what you receive is fresh and local. I can't wait to stop by again soon! read more
