Wendy's shorted me a burger, which was going to be my dinner. Had a busy day, and no time to cook. When I called after I got home with no burger, they said they could give me a burger another day, but there was nothing they could do to get me my burger. Bad customer service. The food is consistent and good. The MAJOR failure is paying for "add-ons" then not getting it! I gave repeatedly paid for (yes I checked my receipt) extra pecans for salad or add a slice of cheese to my chicken sandwich & got home (10 miles up the road) to find what I paid for never made it to my sandwich or my bag of food! read more

I visit this location nearly every morning on my way to work. I've had exceptional service every time! The staff is always friendly and smiling while efficiently getting the orders out. The food is always hot and delicious, and the store clean. Big Kudos to staff! read more

Tiny tiny burgers -they should call them sliders! Honestly ordered a double stack but got a single. Running on my lunch real quick to run errands and grabbed a quick on the go burger! Unfortunately, have to give this place one star... I get that staffing shortages cause a lot of issues, however, with the staffing the store had, it still took forever to navigate the highly disorganized drive thru line. People enter (or attempt to) from two directions, and it was a free-for-all. Food was so-so, nothing to speak about. read more

I have yet to go through the drive through and get what I actually ordered. Tonight, a $30 order (at Wendy's!} and I get home with a Taco salad, less the chili. I had to remind the gal at the drive through about 1 item that was missing, I didn't notice the incomplete salad until I got home. They always look at you like you think they are stealing when you double check the order, yet there is always something missing. How hard is it to actually deliver what's on the screen Is management at this location that bad? In a college town is it that hard to get qualified help? Does the franchise just not care? It's a shame to think of the money spent on advertising to get you in, to just blatantly not care if they deliver. Oh well. It's Wendy's. This meal will be our last at this, the worst Wendys I have ever been too. We bought three 4 for 4 meals. The substandard workers forgot the chicken nuggets and I had to drive all the way back to get them. Lame. Then on top of that, the fries were cold and soggy. Cold, soggy, and way over salted fries. The worst fries ever. The burgers were poorly made. The only thing good was the frosty and that is because these were made by a machine. This Wendys sucks. Period. End of. Drive through order- Asked for no ice in the drink and it was completely full of ice. Ordered an icee and didn't get it. Ordered three nuggets and didn't get any of the sauces. When I walked in to get everything they looked at me like I was a crazy homeless bum. read more

Someone needs to lay off the weed. Went through the drive thru and sat at the window for over 10 mins waiting for my food. The gal comes over and asked me why I was still there and if I was missing anything...... Yah my order?! To which she proceeds to "find". she could barley make a sentence or keep her eyes open and had that no one's home upstairs look on her face. Once I received my food it was far from fresh. We went to Wendy's because my wife likes their chili. She gave it a big thumbs up. I ordered the bbq cheeseburger that is currently featured. It was terrible. I can't think of anything positive to say about it. I love hamburgers. This was a total failure. read more

Usually when I go to Wendy's it's a average experience which is normal for a fast food joint. Food is average and I enjoy there healthier approach. Unfortunately today at around 3:40 pm, a female drive thru attendant was obviously not in a good mood and had a very negative tone in her voice, then they refused to accept my coupon stating that it was "expired", even though the coupon clearly stated "07/01/18". Then as I get home, I discovered my cookie was not in the order. Hopefully in the future things will improve because I always favor Wendy's as one of my first options. read more

Actually gagged. I never gag on food, had to spit the first bite out, gag, then wash it down with root beer, the root beer was good. I was hoping the burger would be nice since the fries could probably have been rung out to produce a small puddle of grease, they felt wet to the touch and it was more like eating rough, hollow noodles, if the noodles were boiled in oil instead of water. They're not usually this bad, it tasted like everything had been sitting out for like 2 days. I dont understand how it can taste that bad, did they go to jack in the boxs dumpster to get my burger? the newberg Wendy's is awesome, the service is great and it's kid friendly. the food is awesome and it's easy to get to.

I like their fries and the service is good. One downfall is that there is only one drink dispenser which is a pain when it's busy. But Wendy's beats McDonalds any day of the week! read more

This Wendy's needs to work on their facility. In the winter the large windows were leaking, the tables and carpet are tired and outdated. I love Wendys but don't like coming to this one as the atmosphere is unappealing. Food is good, drive thru is the best option. Check your meal before you drive away, they a always put cheese on plain hamburgers. read more
