Mac attack and Bomb Pop (cocktail)

Our waiter was nice, knowledgeable, and fun, had us in stitches. The food was delicious with a nice size proportion. The drinks were strong without being obnoxious, they were tasty, and the flavor of my drink was a surprising, creative, and perfectly balanced. It was all together a great experience, I would definitely recommend.

Thank you to the very attentive server Francisco for taking care of our allergy needs! We had a delicious meal and were also treated to live music by fabulous opera singers and pianists. Thanks Burgerology, we will be back soon!

3 BENNY'S and dirty Shirley

I came for my first time to both burgerology and dueling pianos. It was a very fun time! I wish I could have ordered a flight but was told they weren't serving those. The food was solid. Nothing memorable, relatively heavy, but the poached eggs were cooked perfectly and the portions were filling for sure. Would come back to try the non brunch menu. The dirty Shirley didn't taste like it had much alcohol in it but it was a solid Shirley temple.

You can't go wrong with their burgers! this place has a great ambiance I especially like how spacious it is and the service was great. Very attentive staff. I'll definitely go back to this place next time I'm in midtown

3 BENNY'S with TATER TOTS SIDE

3.5 Got tickets for a Shake Rattle Roll Pianos show which is usually at this Burgerology location. Went on a Sunday so at least most parking is free (or can take the train); got a spot right in front of Crowne Plaza, where the restaurant is in. We were seated in a separate area, for the show. A lot of tables in close proximity to each other but luckily we were seated on a high top with a great view of the performers. It is a brunch show so we ordered from the brunch menu, from 7-2pm. Got the 3 Bennys - with spinach and artichoke dip (which I liked the most of the 3), canadian bacon and short rib (meat a bit dry). With a side of tots. Also the Brunch-ology burger - was ok, fries were good. Coffees around $7 each. Pricey. Service was fine. Our server was there mostly in the beginning until the food was served, and then towards the end of the show.

Fried cauliflower wings (breading was too hard)

Casual spot connected to the Crowne Plaza HY hotel with an average burger. Got the classic burger (cooked medium) and it was fine, not particularly juicy or amazing but also not horrible. Upgraded the side to poutine which was fine - disappointed that none of the sauce stuck to the fries and was just hardened glob that separates from the fries. My friend got the fried cauliflower wings, which were similarly disappointing. The breading was too hard and the few celery sticks it came with tasted like they were old and had been sitting out for a while.

A very filling burger with tasty fries. Gets a lil crowded and I see why. Awesome service and friendly staff

Saratoga BBQ Burger

My wife and I were in the city at a hotel and Burgerology was downstairs by the lobby. It looked really good, with a very inviting modern decor and a beautiful bar. We were seated immediately and went over the menus. I decided to have the Electron Burger (Bacon-infused signature blend, bacon, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, house sauce) & I upgraded my side to an order of Poutine and my wife had the Saratoga BBQ Burger (Bacon, onion straws, pickles, BBQ sauce) with coleslaw. To wash it down we just had soft drinks. The burgers came out quickly and cooked just the way asked. They were awesome and the poutine was like they make in Canada. We finished up and were full and went on our way. A great dining experience, highly recommended and hope to return if in the area.

The Bloody Mary

What a nice surprise. Came with low expectations as the location is touristy. Sat at the bar and ordered from the happy hour menu. The bloody Merry is one of the best I had which was the first sign that they take themselves seriously here. This was not a pre mix rhey buy, they make it in house with lots of spices and what not. Had to order another one as it was so good. The happy hour sliders were some of the best I had as is. I didn't need to add any ketchup or anything. The meat was perfect. The service was nice, the vibe in the place was pretty cool.

We came for happy hour for the $8 drinks. I got the dirty martini and the drink was big and filled to the rim- more than I thought which caught me by surprise in a good way. The bartender is also very kind and the service is great! A good spot for happy hour! Haven't tried the food but just for the drinks, would come again.

Tactical lunch between nights of our Phish NYE run. This restaurant was close to our hotel and a big meal was in order between nights at MSG. Our server was nice, though the manager seemed to lack customer focus. Regardless the Classic burger and fries were pretty solid. Loved the house sauce. Washed it all down with a spicy Bloody Mary. Loved the presentation of the burgers. My comoanion built her own and enjoyed that too. The interior of the restaurant was cool with incredibly high ceilings and mid light fixtures.

This was a great spot! There are so many fun and unique things on the menu!! Daniel, the manager, was so kind and made sure we had a great visit. For apps, we had the big pig in a blanket and the spicy bacon jalapeño eggrolls. While the sausage on the pig in the blanket was good, we loved the eggrolls. The burgers (Genius burger and Ahi Tuna) were both perfectly cooked to our liking. We also loved the milkshake, green gravity!

A great experience at Burgerology!!! We just wanted a quick bite to hold us over until dinner, so we stopped by Burgerology. It was just a few doors down from our hotel. We were greeted immediately and got to sit down wherever we like. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. He gave us some recommendations. We decided to try the wings and tater tots. We had 6 BBQ and 6 buffalo. They were cooked perfectly and had the right amount of sauce. The tater tots were crispy and had the right amount of cheese, bacon bits and chives. Lastly, the restaurant had a nice vibe. Love the decor!!

It definitely has the vibe of a speakeasy, especially with the jazz band playing. We went with the brunch special which is $35 for bottomless drinks with the purchase of an entree. It pays off if you're having more than 2 drinks and we made sure we did! Bloody Mary's were excellent! The food here was outstanding. I had the 3 Eggs Any Style and my wife had the Breakfast Flatbread. Those dishes as well as our friends were well made and delicious. If you're headed to a play or just in the area, I'd recommend stopping here to eat, drink or both!

We're three young women in the service industry and still felt completely unwelcome--the hostess told us to find our own seating even though the sign said see hostess. The bartender was rude and uninterested, standing 5 min+ at the bar without even being acknowledged. Another staff member was dismissive when closing us out and rolled her eyes when asked to take cash. The overall vibe felt like we weren't wanted, even though it was only around 11 PM. The DJ was underwhelming and the bathroom was vile. The most pleasant part was the below average $20 drinks. For an expensive, well-known spot, this was a very poor experience. Couldn't pay me to return.

Warm lighting, good energy, and a chill crowd make it an easy place to hang whether you're starting your night or winding it down. One of the best parts is the menu. It's super affordable for NYC, but still delivers on quality. Everything feels simple, satisfying, and done right. We ordered the burger and fries, wings and fries, plus a margarita and a mojito. The burger was juicy and filling, the wings were flavorful, and the fries were hot and crispy. The drinks were solid, refreshing, and exactly what you want at a spot like this. Location-wise, it's perfect. The Grizzly Pear is close to so many things, making it a great stop before or after exploring the neighborhood, catching up with friends, or heading to another spot nearby. The service really stood out too. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing, which added to the relaxed vibe of the place. Overall, The Grizzly Pear is a great go-to if you want good food, decent drinks, a cool atmosphere, and fair prices all in one spot. Definitely a place I'd come back to again.

This was not a credit card fee (that I can understand). It is a "transaction fee" that is applied to all invoices. Are you kidding me! I have no trouble paying a an extra dollar for a burger. But if you try to rip me off by sneaking in extra charges, I will never come back. You just lost a regular customer over a $2 charge.

They had outdoor seating along 9th ave and 51st street. We sat inside at a hightop , along their big open windows of 9th; great in between of inside and outside. Plenty of options for a big or small group, or solo! Our server was McKenna, who was incredibly attentive, we never felt like we were waiting or had to wave anyone down. The food came quickly, and was great. Nothing that changed our lives, but hot, quick, and delicious. I can see this becoming a regular spot for when we can't decide on where to go and just want somewhere dependable and consistent. Inside is like a typical Irish pub: long bar, wood everywhere, comfy high tops and booth seating along the wall. Keep in mind that it is a sports bar with TVs everywhere, so they will be playing the major sport of the season. The volume isn't too loud though, enough to hear, but don't need to cover your ears. The bottomless option on the weekend is great, 2-3 drinks and you get your money's worth. The bloody's are good quality, with a good bite of Tabasco and horseradish (I prefer that!) and the mimosas are bubbly forward (they're not skimping you with mostly OJ). The food prices for brunch aren't crazy either. Selection is a bit limited, but seeing as this is a pub/tavern, I think they have a pretty good mix. Overall, would absolutely recommend. If you have a big group, have some common sense and book a reservation, but likely able to do walk-ins for small groups, couples, or singles easily. This is a great option for laid back vibes in HK.
