I went here twice 10 years ago. I was excited to see it was still there. It didn't look so clean when we walked in, but we said "let's give it a try". There was a new person on the register and it wasn't going so well so Leo took over. The onion rings are lovely, thin and crispy with a little amount of grease. The fries are cut fresh with the skin still on. The hamburgers weren't as good as I remembered. The bun is not toasted, the sauce tasted bad so I removed the bun. First time having BurgerFi, and it was the closest food option towards me. I ordered the Rodeo burger, which came with jalapeños, crunchy onions, bbq sauce and pepper jack. The burger was really good. To me it was your average bbq burger. Another visit to this BurgerFi near the Galleria. Private parking lot right in front of the restaurant makes it for an easy visit. When I arrived, there was a long line of people waiting to place their order with the one single clerk. I stepped to the terminal on the right and placed my order online. It was quick and easy. Needed to grab a bite, but wasn't feeling the big meal, so stopped by Burgerfi. When I walked in and looked at the menu board and order area I thought this is going to be another fast food burger place. Which it can be if you're in a rush and want to grab and go, but it's actually a place you can chill and have a nice meal. Place is very clean and open, so you can kick it with a crowd. I had the CEO Burger, the mixed bag of fries and onion rings, and an IPA draft. Food came up quickly, and to the table hot! Be careful of that first bite of the onion ring or you could get a mouthful of seared flesh. The food was super impressive--really a good quality to everything. The burger is a mix of double smash burgers, with an amazing bacon jam and cheese. It was really light and didn't sit like a giant meat blob in my stomach, and had an amazing flavor. These are really good burgers. That being said, the fries and onion rings stole the show. Fried are hand cut and cooked in a light oil then salted, while the onion rings gas have a super light batter, so they're not your typical fried food bomb. Beer hit the spot. My only regret was that I didn't add a fried egg to the burger. That would have just blown the doors off it. If you're Jonesing for a good burger, this is the place. Ordered 3 piece chicken tender meal with other items. Got 2x chicken sliders. After not eating all day and choosing Burgerfi. Wanted to try the sliders instead of sitting with a growling stomach. Tried turning in a slide and a half for 3 piece chicken tender. Again the cashier said back the order but I didn't double check the receipt. After waiting 10 or so minutes not eating. I get 1 chicken tender with toast. Save yourself the headache. Double check the receipt even if they verbally say it to you. I completely messed up my own order and honestly, most places would've just brushed it off or made me feel like an inconvenience. But Dinio handled the whole thing with so much professionalism, kindness, and patience. He went above and beyond to make sure everything got sorted with zero drama. This was one of our favorite locations until about two years ago when we started getting tired of the mediocre presentation and quality of the burgers. We took some friends to the Pompano Beach location recently and were super impressed with the quality of the Prime Rib burger, so we figured we'd give the one closer to home a second chance. While the prices are definitely more reasonable than in Pompano, the quality was still so subpar (same as two years ago) that it seems I'd be hard pressed to give a better rating. Increase the price if you have to BurgerFi, but how am I supposed to feel good about dry, unappealing food? Maybe this is what your local customers appreciate. Got it. The chicken on my chicken sandwich was so small and the tiny leaf of lettuce so overcooked, it seems the staff has either no idea how to cook or doesn't want to work. The Prime Rib burger seemed to be missing at least half the sauce and looked unattractive at best. The order console would not let me add lettuce and tomato so the host assisted me. He was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, all his effort went to waste with the horrible quality of the food. Should have eaten in rather than do take out so I could complain in person. The seating area looked very clean and organized. Clean testroom. Limited parking right in front but there's more in the Publix parking lot next door. read more

Love going to burgerfi when I'm in FLL but this recent visit had me so disappointed. We ordered a bunch of burgers and fries since we were with 6 people. The food took 25 minutes to come out and the two hot dogs ordered were burnt and ice cold. My burger was like warm and my husbands was cold. Only the fried chicken sandwich was hot. One of the best burger places I have ever been to. Being a vegetarian mainly, I find it hard to find good tasting vegetarian burgers, I tried many and they have failed me. BurgerFi does get the vegetarian burger damn right. I used to live in Florida and moved away. I wish these guys are all across the country, they would be a hit just with their vegefi burger. Thankfully, we found BurgerFi which was a great eating experience for us! The allergy menu on their website was very accessible. The restaurant is clean and has a good atmosphere- great causal atmosphere, great for families. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. This review is based solely on delivery. I used Uber eats to place my order. I ordered a burger, fries, cheese sauce, and a chocolate shake. In these times of covid packaging is a HUGE deal and I was pleasantly surprised with how well everything arrived. They put the burger in its own box. The fries and sauces in containers on top, and they sealed the bag. Also for the milkshake they put plastic wrap over the cup bc the lid has a huge whole in it. Overall kudos! Loved it! When it comes to the actual food though it was just ok. The burger had a char taste and really lacked flavor. The fries were ice cold so those were not the best. The cheese sauce, that they charge you for, was barely filled up half way. If your charging me for a sauce fill the container. The milkshake was thick but the paper straws they give are to small so it was impossible to drink. I had to use a jumbo straw I happened to have in my house. Probably would give them another chance in person, but not sure I would order delivery from them again. Though I was so impressed by the packaging... cold food is not ideal. read more
